No staff at the apartment, but they answered questions quickly and sent notifications through the app. Other guest don't take off their shoes in the common area, so the common area and stairwell feel dirty. There were some stains on the mattress. The surrounding area is very close to the red light district, so at night there were some awkward moments (this is not the owners fault ^_^;;)

1. Close to subway. If you have 2 luggages you have to haul it down 3 flights of stairs. 2. Free umbrellas for guest use. 3. Responsive and easily understood host. 1. Check in time as advertised was the whole day (12am - 12am), but in reality, check in started at 4pm. If they advertised correctly, I would have booked a day earlier 2. The provided bedroom slippers smell really really bad. Disposable slippers should have been provided instead 3. Hopefully they can use cleaning solutions to clean the floor and bathroom, not just sweep it
