Very few washing machines (3) - we had to postpone laundry for two days which was inconvenient.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for all of our luggage, which made the stay much more convenient. The location was also great, being very close to the station and easy to access. Another thing I really appreciated was that the staff allowed us to check in earlier, which was extremely helpful after traveling. Honestly, there was nothing that stood out as negative during our stay

The closest train station was just around the corner. Very close to the main attractions and shopping area. Smooth check in and check out process.

Right next to the train station, family Mart and 711 right down stairs. 24 curry spot across the street. The staff were very accommodating giving us rooms next to each other for our kids. Rooms were a little tight compared to what we’re used to, but just put your luggage under the bed and you’re good to go!

Loved the facilities. Free coffee and ice machine on their second floor. A 7-11 convenience store right below the hotel. Close to the subway. The room for a single person was very spacious, bed was comfortable, the tub is big! The staff all spoke English and was very helpful! Highly recommend to stay there! Nothing

The common area with drinks and soup were a perfect spot to warm up after a full day of walking in the cold.

Location of the hotel was amazing, walking distance to the touristy area, amazing connection to subway and Nara lines.

Convenient to train stations and restaurants. Very nice staff and the free tea on the 2nd floor was nice as well~ Also right next to a 7/11. Answered my questions before I stayed as well. Nothing comes to mind

near to the subway station. you can even walk to the Shinsaibashi PARCO. good location and good room quality.

I loved the beds and I also loved how big the bathing tub was. I love how close the hotel was to the train station as well
