staff was less friendly second night, i requested a different pillow for neck pain and it took about 30mins to have it delivered. while i appreciated the effort, i was stressed about why it took so long to get a different pillow?

Our sudden trip was memorable with superb experience here. There is a car parking and they have many services 24/7. One of the best things we enjoyed so much is tasty breakfast and bathtub massage. It would be better if the room had a window. Although the main customers stay only for a few hours, I think normal travelers like us might prefer to get fresh air in the daytime.
