Big rooms. Comfortable. Clean. Nothing.
-
Was an ok hotel, there is an active construction site next door that you can hear while in your room, free ear plugs were supplied by the hotel.
-
Service was great, amenities they had were great ! Very clean and provided the basics that we needed. We booked the place the night before as an emergency booking and they accommodated us right away. We only stayed overnight, nothing there was bad.
-
Very close to station. Breakfast was good. Very clean. No hassles. Bathroom in room was a bit poxy. Could have supplied more toiletries and consumables like a shower cap and tea and coffee.

It’s very conveniently located to the train station and good food just across the street! The room, although small, was very comfortable with very strong and hot water shower and a warm toilet seat! The staff was friendly and helpful too! I think somebody set the fire alarm off in the morning about breakfast time so the poor receptionist ran floor to floor, room to room informing every guest not to panic, don’t use the shower and please no smoking in the rooms. The alarm was turned off shortly after that. Breakfast was simple but a good to have too! Nothing.

It is really close to the Osaka-Uehonmachi station which happens to be very close to Namba and many tourist or shopping locations are just a few stops away. The Hotel's cleaning policy, our room was not cleaned for a few days, but they did send new towels. Even after adding the "Please Clean Up" sign they still did not clean. So we were quite puzzled.

Breakfast.
-
Breakfast has limited choices but adequate for simple breakfast at low cost. Requested for high floor and quiet room. Hotel acknowledged the request. But gave 2nd floor unit that has construction works which was definitely audible from 8am in the morning. Generally quiet at night as long as the ventilation fan in the room is switched off.

Very good

The hotel was conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious enough to feel comfortable during my stay. The room was quite dark, which made it feel a bit gloomy. Additionally, the bathroom was narrow and not very practical for use.
-
Address provided by property made it challenging to locate in google maps and by taxis. Unable to get natural light from the room window and could not look oit he hall window.

Cleanliness, good services. None

The owner was great and very helpful. The reception area, the hall way and the room smelly made us sick. Not sure just the cigarettes smoke or other smelly odor. We left the facility for 24 hours, but the bunny nose, stuffy nose still hasn’t completely cleared out yet. It was so bad that we couldn’t smell of anything else because our nose so stuffy. We got better since we moved to the new hotel.

Very affordable and close to the subway The room smelt bad and it needed airing

Location is the best. I chose this primarily for its accessibility to the airport limousine bus and train station. There were lots of local restaurants to satisfy your cravings. Simple breakfast provided is ok. I love the Croissants, it reminded me of the one in Paris. The bathroom is too small. I don’t like the elevated entrance going inside the bathroom, not senior friendly. No hook provided for hanging clothes except for the hanging rack fully occupied with towel. I find the female chef in the breakfast area rude. She doesn’t replenish the food being served unless asked for considering that it was only 8:15AM.

Definitely the location. Superb location near Kintetsu Uehommachi Station, where you can catch airport limousine to Kansai airport. Best choice for early travelers to the airport. So far no

Very helpful staff at reception. The budget kind of twin room was a little too small though it was comfortable. If we had big bags… hm… it would have been a bit too squashy.
-
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently situated near a major transportation hub, easy access to sightseeing spots. This is a typical Japanese business hotel where everything is cheap as possible. You may occasionally hear noise from your neighboring rooms as guests prepare to check out. Any price exceeding 7000 yen is considered upscale.
