The room is big, good breakfast. The hotel is sitting right above a train station, which makes easier to catch a ride. In particular, there is a direct bus to KIX airport. It is about half hour walk from the buzzling Dotonbori or Namba. Catching a bus or train takes about the same time.

Pool and spa was an additional fee. Considering the hotel is a fair bit more expensive than most in Osaka, this should be part of the expense. If there is a fee, it should be a one off for the duration of the stay and not per use.

We like having a couch, I had requested close to the elevators & we were, I have difficulty walking long distances, maid services were great Nothing we were happy with the accommodations

The swimming pool was closed and we didn't know about it until we arrived. Should have been told as we would have booked somewhere else . I was visiting with my family from uk and Australia

Great location for arrival by Kintetsu train and catching Osaka subway stations, big comfortable bed. As I faced the main street, I could hear beeping of crosswalk below and rumble of trains.

Bed was comfortable. Locations good. Subway connected to hotel. Very Quiet with no Christmas Eve celebrations.

Location was good It’s not five star. I paid a very high rate as it was listed 5 star but it’s definitely not a five star. Staff not helpful beds uncomfortable I paid for superior comfortable but the beds were no near comfortable. The staff could not even order a taxi for me terrible.

Location Staff not helpful, rooms very small, I would not call that 5 star it’s a 3 star. Not comfortable at all even though I paid premium. Would never stay there again.
