The room that we got was pretty small. Property looked a bit old. Buffet spread was just okay.

The location is pretty good, within walking distance to Dotonbori, Den Den town, and public transportation. Convenience stores and many restaurants close by. The bathroom is spacious and the hotel will clean your room and provide free water bottles. Although the bathroom is large, the room itself is on the smaller side and the room is quite dark even with all the lights on. Difficult to open luggage. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. Also waiting for the elevator was annoying since there is no access to stairs.

The bed was comfy. The AC power was good. They provided 2 bottles water everday and a change of towels everyday at the door. The toilet and shower facilities are great. I like that the toilet and shower are not “built in” and has enough space for 2 people to prepare especially when the schedule is too hectic in the morning and time is gold. I could spend hours at the shower if we had the time. The room is bigger compared to usual Japan hotel rooms. Only downside is there is not enough room space to fully open a checked in size/oversized luggage in the floor. We had 4x oversized luggage which were all parked only on the entrance hallway. We also could not open our luggage fully on the floor and it was a good thing that we were able to pre pack our set outfits in separate ziplock bags which made it easy for us to manage our clothes and just pull out what we needed for the day with our luggage semi opened while standing upright. We had to pack our 4x oversized luggage 1 by 1 on bed on the 2nd to the last night of our stay because of the limited space.

Location of hotel is very convenient - about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori, and also able to use the subway to walk through the main routes to avoid the sun and rain. Bathroom was spacious. Hotel room was a little dusty Rooms were slightly small but expected

The complimentary coffee offered at the reception was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The pajamas were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We were also impressed by the wide range of complimentary personal items available at the reception, including toothbrushes, combs, makeup remover, and skincare creams. Having access to these essentials free of charge was very convenient, especially when traveling with children. Overall, it was a comfortable, thoughtful, and family-friendly stay. Very convenient to Namba OCAT station with only about a 5 minute walk. Hotel was quiet even if it's located in the busy Namba area. Easier to walk to Namba Parks area above ground. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel so much that we stayed here at the beginning and ending of our trip. Staff is so friendly and loved the variety of food available for breakfast. Conveniently located near Namba station but closer to the OCAT station. Close to Dotonburi but located in a much quieter area of Namba.
