I loved my stay here. The staff was extremely kind, rooms cleaned frequently , and the free coffee in the lobby helped me fight my jet leg. I appreciate how the staff was able to help me extend my stay a bit further and was really professional throughout my entire stay. I’d definitely recommend for solo travelers as the location is unbeatable ! I loved it

The Hotel worker staff customer service are excellent , every respectful, treat guess excellent, i also like the unlimited coffee and cappuccino machine refill for guess. i have NO complaint on the stuff. Only thing i have is the hotel room are very small , not sure it is normal in Japan at certain area cause it is walking distance to prime location shopping Mall every building is tightly built cause i am so use to USA everything is extra large big !

not located at a tourist populated place so it was nice to take a stroll through town. i thought it was great, very convenient for a solo traveler

the location and the staff nothing

Check in and check out we’re both very easy. This is such a convenient location with Dontonbori a quick walk away. Quiet area and very clean, would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

I was only staying one night to just have a bit of sightseeing in Osaka so it was a good place for me. I liked their luggage storage system. Quite convenient.

Terrific location near Dotonbori and other places of interest but slightly off from the Main Street so it’s nice annd quiet and relaxing. Easy access to train to get to other places in Osaka as well! Super Friendly staff and easy check in process, extremely comfortable and clean rooms that felt more cozy than other smaller hotels. I would stay here again next time I’m in Osaka without any hesitation. I really didn’t have any issues at all.

Room too small for the price!

Very helpful front desk staff. Most spoke English well. Was very easy to store bags a day prior to our checking date. The room was very comfortable, a bit bigger than a previous hotel stay, so we could actually fit out carry-on sized luggage ok for the 3 of us. I think larger checked-sized baggage would be tight in this hotel, but not impossible. No laundry service or machines inside the hotel, but there's a really nice, clean laundromat on the same block a few doors down that did the trick.

Location was excellent, and staff was really nice. The hotel has a shared kitchen and space on the ground floor that's free to use and offers basic bathroom amenities for free. Everything was super clean and tidy. Being picky, the bed wasn't the best and the toilet was a bit small (even for japanese standards).

Excellent price. Excellent location. Complementary coffee in the lobby was great!

The Room was clean. location was great with walking distance to most things or close to subways. The bathroom is very small, but this seems to be normal in Japan.

Location Nothing , Excellent for short stays

This place was awesome!! Typical Japanese sized room, but for the two of us, we had no issues. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly! Location is great - you’re close to the metro and plenty of incredible options for food! Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and good location All was good

I liked the organic feel, soft wood and the nice fragrance in the hallway when you get off elevator The carpet in my room was a little dirty and the wall had dirt and foot prints on it. Bathroom had a slight sewer smell.
