Location was perfect a few steps to Nambas Station and Dotonbori. Staff were very helpful especially Haru. He was so accommodating and approachable. Five thumps up for him ? None. Everything was okay.

The large window view towards the street.The cleanliness of the whole facilities.The ease of checking in and checking out.The Staff was friendly. During my stay on Saturday night,there was a loud exhaust noise from group of motorcyclists at midnight so i found it a bit difficult to sleep. But i know its not the hotel's fault.

Rather difficult to reach staff as the hotel is unmanned which makes clarfication more difficult The front door should be provided with a ram or slope instead of a stepped up/raised floor that causes accidental tripping

This was my second time staying in this hotel - this time was alone rather than with a friend, and I chose it because the location is great for Namba & I knew what to expect from my last visit. The hotel is a little grubby on the inside but good price for the location. Comfortable so cant fault it much - as a returning guest, I would stay again. Bathroom & room in general could do with a more thorough clean & upgrade - bit dated & grubby.

Near Namba station. Small room. The air con in one of the room is not working properly and no staff was at work from 23.00. The air con menu is all in japanese. We can not figure out how to get it back to work.
