There are two laundry machines available. The hotel is across the street from Namba Station and a stroll away from Dontburi. Location is ideal. Stores and banks are plentiful. I had the 13th floor unit, so I had a view. I suspect most would want the 8th floor due to superstition though. The staff will hold your luggage for your before check-in and after check-out for the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The unit I chose had a bed that could accommodate two people, but the unit itself was small for one person. I was able to open one large piece of luggage in my room’s hallway. So, if you’re bringing more than one carry-on and one large luggage, learn to shuffle them because it’s a small room. Also, the hotel’s waiting area can feel cramped when there are more than 10 people there. However, one does not usually stay in Namba to remain indoors.

I was under the impression that the hotel had luggage forwarding but it did not, which was a bit inconvenient but at least they had a location for luggage forwarding/storage very nearby! I also found the room to be super tiny and there was only a view of a brick wall but I guess that just depends on which room you paid for. If I knew ahead, I think I would have opted to upgrade my room! Also, even though there are 3 elevators, they took forever.
