Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Namba

I was under the impression that the hotel had luggage forwarding but it did not, which was a bit inconvenient but at least they had a location for luggage forwarding/storage very nearby! I also found the room to be super tiny and there was only a view of a brick wall but I guess that just depends on which room you paid for. If I knew ahead, I think I would have opted to upgrade my room! Also, even though there are 3 elevators, they took forever.

Location. Elevators availability and pajamas plus other essential availability at the front desk. Also liked Food Mart accessibility. Busy lobby. No storage room for luggage in room.

Comfortable and easy to reach hotel, in the center, with the possibility of changing money safely in the hotel. The breakfast was good and varied. Nothing to report, maybe the room is a little small but nothing particularly serious

Great location. Quick walk to Dotonbori and the train. Staff is friendly and kind. Also there is a Familymart on the first floor. Room was a bit smaller than other hotels we have stayed at under this chain. Window was fogged glass so no view. That being said the price was great.

Not a hotel issue but inconsiderate tourists who take too long to pick up their laundry from the machines. Sigh

The staff is not very friendly. They seem to be so busy at all times. The space in the double room is very complicated.

It was nice and clean. Similar to most properties I stayed at in Japan, so the room was small, but the bed was comfy. Location was great and staff was efficient and helpful. Thanks! Only complaint would be there was a sign that said we could have the water, but there wasn’t any.

The location was unbelievably excellent. Easy walk to major Osaka locations, literal feet from a subway entrance, family mart attached to hotel. Easily the best location of our entire Japan trip. Highly recommend for the location alone. Staff were friendly but unable to assist with shipping luggage to our next hotel. We were asked to go to the attached family mart, but the staff there weren't familiar with the process either. Thankfully, there is a Yamato transport around the corner from the hotel who was able to assist us.

Budget hotel with very small and minimal rooms. Need to put a sign on the door that you want the room to be cleaned. If you forget, it will not be cleaned. Although located right at the Namba station, it was very hard to find it from within the station itself in general, and a relevant exit that has an elevator in particular. The hotel didn't provide any guidelines as to how to reach them (which exit to take) from within the station. Breakfast had some variety but the amounts that were placed on the serving plates at any given moment were small.

Location and the easiest access between KIX and hotel. The hotel is also situated in the middle of Namba with short walk yo Shinsaibashi. Its thumb up! Nothing!

Rooms were great, beds were comfy and it was all quiet. Nothing bad to note, great value for your money.
