Toilet Space but i understand

Aside from proximity to subway, it was close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi. All walking distance.

If we return to Osaka, this is definitely where we would choose to stay again. The location was excellent, the area felt very safe, and everything we needed was conveniently nearby. Our overall experience was outstanding, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Nothing.

1.Location is very close Namba station. 2.Staff is friendly and we can put the luggage to lobby before check in time. 3. Clean A little bit old furniture but clean.

The toilet in the bathroom was broken, so I asked to change rooms, but the staff lied and said there were no rooms available. After arguing with the manager, I was finally able to change rooms. The staff were unfriendly, and the hotel was very dirty. Do not book this hotel.

No breakfast provided, when I booked only smoking room was available and I got reminded that it was a smoking room every single second I spent. The stench was unbearable and had difficulty in breathing.

Good hotel. Clean large rooms. Nice bathrooms. Can't think of anything. Everything was good!

Great location 3 minutes from Namba station A little dated

Located at one of the most convenient areas of Osaka, next to the terminal station of the train to Kansai airport. It is definitely the perfect place for travelers. The centrally located hotel is very close to Dotombori and Shinsaibashi in the core of the shopping spot of the city. The hotel is not big, but it has good facilities, which includes also a laundry area. Toiletries, and other amenities are provided. Nothing to say about dislikes.

The smell is the lobby. Think it the cleaner they used. Smell very cheap.

Very nice staff good located , clean , the room looks like the photos , it has useful amenities . Nothing to complain.

The location is really convenient. The mattress was hard and the room too small.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Il Cuore Namba. The absolute best part of this hotel is its exceptional location—it’s just a few blocks away from Dotonbori and the central area of Namba, and just steps from the exit 5 of Namba Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s best food and nightlife. The staff was wonderful, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Regarding the building, while the architecture has a more classic/older feel, we found it very convenient and well-designed. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. If you are looking for a place that puts you right in the middle of the action with great service, this is it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!" Nothing to report

Location was perfect! Couldn’t figure out the tv

The location is very convenient going to mall, shops and restaurant, close to train stations. Everything was good but the AC was controlled by the management. They can check the temperature every night and open the AC even for just 25-26 degrees celsius. I know it's still cold for some days or nights but some days are dry already and warm. Better check every night the temperature and just maintain the 25-26 degrees inside the room.

The water pressure in the pump is very powerful. Good when washing your hair !

Very near to Namba station and the main attractions like Dotonbori are walking distance. Have convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Nothing!
