it is very close to Nankai station both coming and going from Kansai Airport station. No stairs involved. From the 3rd floor, take the North Exit. Then cross the traffic light going to the hotel. Very close to everything also. The staff service was exceptional also.

The hotel was in a very convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The room space was a little limited, especially when organizing luggage and moving around. It could feel tight at times, particularly for longer stays.

Location, very modern, nice staff Our bed sheets had some stains on them, but they were washed.

The property was clean. The staff was wonderful very close to everything walking distance. The beds were not that comfortable and pillows. And the air condition the weights position was blowing right on your head while you were sleeping.

Location was good, walking distance to shopping and restaurants Breakfast buffet was sub par. The water dispenser was empty the whole time we were there (3 days). Vending machine was also empty for water.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Americamura, which made exploring Namba very convenient. We also liked that guests could freely choose which amenities to take and use. The 2nd floor reception/lounge area was another highlight since we practically had it to ourselves and found it very relaxing after a long day out.
