The property is so conveniently located to everything we wanted to see, and it also has a direct access to the metro There is nothing we didn’t like everything was excellent

Location could not be beat. In the heart of Namba, a few minutes walk to Dontonburi, with the subway literally in the basement of the hotel. Room was spacious, bed great, staff was beyond helpful and courteous and the breakfst was a giant buffet with anything you could want, including Asian specialties. We loved everything about the property except the issues noted in the comments below. The 3 days we were there, they basically lost wi-fi/internet, which was very frustrating for us. They said they were working on it, but for the 3 days there - nothing. Also, outlets in the room were sparce - maybe only 2 or 3 in the whole room. Even the bathroom lacked an outlet. These two issues caused me to downgrade property from 10 to 9.

Loved the location and overall details of the hotel......staff, cleanliness and comfort. Low rating due to extremely poor wifi........could not log on even at 5am or midnight. Worst wifi experience in many years of international travel. Not sure if it was a maintenance problem while we were there or if is always this poor. Would not stay here again.......just too frustrating.

Love it! Room is spacious top open 2 luggages! Situated next to a large shopping mall and numerous dining options with direct underground access to train station. Friendly staff, polite team provide a warm welcome and helpful service. Comfortable bed. We sent our luggage from Kyoto to here, by the time we checked in, the luggages were already delivered to our rooms. N.A

As others have said, this hotel is in the best location... has its own subway entrance and is a few blocks from the bustle of Dotonbori. Efficient and friendly staff, big rooms (esp for Japan) and the absolute best breakfast... it was impossible to choose from all the wonderful things (a chocolate fondue fountain! Mini-eggs Benedict! Sparking wine! Latte machine! Full lovely salad bar!), so I tried to try a little of everything. The room amenities were great - of note, they had body lotion when no other hotel we stayed at in Japan did - and the Dyson hair dryer was a treat. The comfy beds - softer than most we encountered - were the best treat. We loved Osaka and wish we'd stayed more than two nights.

There weren't many amenities as my other hotels and the hotel staff weren't able to help me with booking a car to the airport. I also felt things were more overpriced then Tokyo (for example late check out cost)

Buffet breakfast is exceptional! Quiet retreat in a busy city.
