- room was massive with a walk-in closet and a huge desk. - location is in the middle of downtown - no temperature control. It’s centralized and the fan/aircon would only spit out hot air. It was seasonal but it was a warmer day in November and we were really hot. Reception said cannot change and just open the window because they only blow hot or cold air centralized. Opened the window and it was noisy (since it’s downtown) and smelled of garbage because it’s located in a random alley where people smoke. - zero post-bath toiletries in the onsen (no toiletries in the changing room) - the only hotel with onsen during my trip to have a dressing room with nothing but hair dryers - tiny onsen

The property is extremely well located. Close to the Namba Station and all of the fun of the Dotonbori! The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Within namba food street No aircon in winter so need to open window but since it’s near food street we have to bear with the noise n smoke or food smells

Very helpful and nice staff. After a long flight to Osaka, arriving in a hotel with hot spring water was awesome! The room has a good size if you are carrying 2-3 suitcases. The location is perfect, in Namba.

Convenient location In-room Air conditioning, too hot even turn it to “air”. Ended up need to open the window Why men hot spring occupies the top floor, women's is small, though is clean

The location is excellent just beside the Namba station. Unfortunately we got the room on the lower floor. Although the room has windows but facing the wall of next building.

Very convenient location a short walk from Namba Station and shops and restaurants. Small room but clean and adequate for one person. Would be cramped with two. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing.
