Great location, room was comfortable and good sized. Staff very accommodating. Good value for money.
-
Location is amazing. Just on top of Namba station, and the mall (there are malls everywhere), and right beside the streets connecting to Dotonbori. Room size was too small. Even for Japan standards.

Room and nice view
-
Good location. Facilities are clean. Coincerge service helped with arranging transportation to the airport - this was a seamless process 1. Room service was horrible. There is no way to connect to inroom dining from the room. When I placed an order for food I was informed (quite rudely) that I have to pay for in room orders (staff refused to add the in room dining to the credit card on file, which was strange. 2. The second time i called front desk was to check if in-room dining could accommodate a specific request due to a dietary restriction. They promised a call back in 30 minutes which never came.

Excellent location

Location in Osaka was very good. Close to lots of the local attractions. The pool area was okay, not as nice as it looks in the photos. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurants in the hotel were VERY expensive. The breakfast buffet was great but also pricey compared to food in the surrounding area. It was difficult to find your way out of the building on our first day and to find our way back. A little more instruction at check-in would be helpful. Aspects of the hotel seemed dated. Carpet seemed quite worn.

Very clean and great looking hotel. The staff was amazing and the location was close to the lively part of Osaka. The hotel was hard to find when coming from the train station even with the instructions that we were able to find online. It would be helpful for future costumers to share exactly how to find the hotel. Thank you!

Location is great close to main attractions. Breakfast variety and quality. Room amenities are little old and suite is small.

The location , is the only thing great about this hotel. Maybe the view from the room too The Rooms are nothing to do with the value of money you pay per nights, and the facilities are very pool and old . The breakfast very very very limited. The hotel and the gym and facilities more for certain age group of people
