The location was perfect close to the main street and shopping. The staff was very friendly and answered questions. They had available travel supplies like razors, toothbrushes etc at your at leisure in the lobby. They had coffee as well. Honestly nothing, everything was perfect

The staff was attentive. Helped us secure a van for our departure to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Being above the train station was the most convenient.

If I could give a hotel 10 stars it would be this one. The attention to detail, the amenities, the prompt service, the staff is remarkable and work above and beyond to make certain every small need is met. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel, it’s worth it!! N/A

Location above the metro station was excellent. Nice city view and of the terraced park across the way. The bed pushed up against the wall was very inconvenient. The room was booked for 2 adults. This meant one person had to crawl up into bed and not have use of a nightstand next to the bed.

Excellent location. Hotel was based on top of train station with shopping centre attached. Also there was an undercover walk way called Ebisu Bashi-Suji which had shops all the way to Dontonbori (main shopping area in Osaka). Buffet breakfast was on level 36 with wide selection of foods and beautiful city views. TV had Netflix. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Japan. Hotel had feather pillows and the filling separated so had no support for my head and neck.

Excellent location with easy access to surrounding shopping areas and directly link to Nankai Train Station. Room is spacious and breakfast is good. Room a bit old and need renovation. Water pressure is weak with uneven hot water while bathing.
