Excellent location (near train station), very comfortable room (albeit small, like most Japanese hotels), and reasonably priced. Will stay there again if I have the chance.

We paid in advance for our breakfast and the staff did not tell us the particular day their breakfast time closed much earlier than what we were told. It was quite disappointing that we arrived 30 mins before the closing time while we thought it supposed to close 2 hours later. We did not enjoy our breakfast.

Great place to stay. Room was super clean and the AC worked great. The staff was very friendly. It also had good coin washing/drying machines. Free drink per day was sweet too. Nothing.

Nice amenities and lobby had area with refreshments and items like face masks which was nice after long day of walking. Also had hot water downstairs so I can get a cup to brew the tea I brought. Loved the foot massager in room. Enjoyed the face oils be and cleansers.

The room was clean. The location was superb. It was near the Namba Parks, and Namba City. It was 10 minutes from the Namba train station. It was 12 minutes from the Kintetsu Namba Eki Nishi Guchi bus terminal where we caught the Kansai Airport Limousine bus to the Kansai International Airport.

We stayed in a room for 3 (tight fit), but well worth it! It had enough space for us to lay out 3 of our luggage’s. Its location near Namba station is great! Easy access to metro trains, and 5 minute walk to station for airport transfer (if flying out of KIX airport).

The location is excellent with easy quick access to the busy, popular areas nearby. For easy access to the express train to Kansai Airport, it would be hard to beat. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Typical small rooms by U.S. standards.

Great location, complete and good quality amenities. Size of the room is quite big relative to other hotels of this class. Good soundproofing despite being in a busy area. Bath tub large and deep enough to soak in. All staff polite and pleasant Nothing.
