Property was amazing & was just 5 minutes walk from the Namba station & Lawson was just right outside the hotel

Staff was kind, the three beds room was clean and good to stay for two adults and one child since three beds were put together. For breakfast, my mom and I enjoyed a salad bar, fish, and fried rice and my six years old boy liked a rice, seaweed, and mini donut. And a free beverage/coffee bar was always waiting for us after breakfast.

It’s close to Namba Nankai Station. The Reception Staff has no common sense. I added 2 guests' names in the booking with a comma, but she keeps saying my name doesn’t match the booking because she thinks it is only my name, not 2 guests’ names, even though I put a comma. When I told her the truth, she still argued with me. She’s so unprofessional. The partition between the bathroom and the bedroom is so thin and makes a loud noise when it moves. I don’t see any advantages in designing the room like this. The shelf blocks the power outlets. There are no tables so I have to place everything on the floor. The tissue box is broken and old. The edges of the bed are very hard and sharp. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

It's really good that hotel provide softdink for free when you are tired from outside. Room is clean. Bathtub is good.

Good location. Staff were great. Luggage was already in the room. Linens were clean. Amenities were good. Stains everywhere. Floor in and out of the rooms had stains all over them. Walls also covered in stains. Trash was under the bed. Used the room console to request room to be cleaned after the first night and all they did was make the bed and replace two towels (had three people, left one towel hanging).

Amazing location, close to Denden town, in the center of Namba. Close to Namba Parks, Nankai City and great restaurants near by. Awesome staff! Very approachable. I know some Japanese and we were able to mix English and Japanese and work it out. Beds were great. Complimentery water. Free Starbucks drinks. Awesome hotel, recommended for Osaka sightseeing. Breakfast was decently good, but there were times that stuff ran out and were not replaced (like Nutella) kids were disappointed. Shower is a mix between a tub and a standing shower, makes it hard to navigate. I still 1000% recommend this hotel.

The top floor has a private nice lounge. Hotel is very modern and has amazing amenities. Great location overall.

Great location, spacious room. It was extremely dark in the bathroom even with the overhead and mirror light. Hard to properly do makeup etc.

Booked the connecting rooms for our family stay. The ammenities provided were good. Free drinks provided at lobby. Breakfast is good. The kids love it.

the room space is large and comfortable. welcome drink/ Starbuck coffee is another highlight. breakfast with less choices. location is a bit far from subway stations.

The room was bigger than most in urban Japan. Nice that bath/shower room was separate and bathroom size was good. Comfortable beds. The entrance was oddly placed and difficult to find. Grab pickup spot was nowhere near the entrance.

Very clean hotel! Location was close to train station, shops and restaurants! It was so convenient! Hotel lobby was roomy and comfortable! Hotel staff was pleasant and very nice but wish a few more could speak English
