Clean and comfortable room with a well-designed layout that comfortably fits a family of four with young children. We especially liked the seating area by the window, where the kids could do activities and enjoy their meals.

Well located. Amazing staff. They took our bags up to our room before check-in while we were out. Provided welcome gifts to the kids. They have laundry and dryer machines, free coffee, vending machines and more.

We had the room with bunk beds and it worked well for a family of 4 as everyone had their own beds. Good size room. Laundry available in the hotel which was helpful, although it seems no dryers in Japan actually dry your clothes! Appreciated the vending machines having alcoholic drinks available as the 'nambar' is not actually functional. Hotel does not have any services, so your pretty much on your own for food and amenities. Unlike other Japan hotels that give you all the bathroom amenities and treats, this hotel is limited to toothbrushes. Also, while we had a kettle in the room they did not provide any coffee or tea in the rooms.

Such an amazing location. Close to namba station. Close to Dotonbori. A street away from the Kitchen market. View from roof - superb. 7-11 right below. Just in the middle of it all. Worked well for this fam of 4. Nothing

Arigato gozaimashita for helping us after checking out. Our limo driver was lost and Danny contacted him to give directions in Japanese since we couldn’t communicate with the driver.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel tucked away in a very convenient location close to Namba Station, Namba City (shopping and restaurants), popular shopping streets and street food in Dotonbori. The excellent staff is always at the desk to greet us and provide services we needed. We loved our room. My son said he was in his dream bathroom ?. It was spacious for a family of four. The Nam Bar was convenient for filtered water and coffee as well as a vending machine selling beer and ramen! Overall, we didn’t need to take the subway much except for when we went to Kobe and Ikeda. There is plenty to do in the Namba area. Overall, location and excellent service were the highlights! We had a lot of noise from upstair guests after midnight on our last night there, so we had trouble sleeping. We called the staff and guessed they took care of it, because it was quiet after that.
