no tea or coffee in the room, only were 2 bottles of water on the arrival day. But when we were checking out, saw on the first floor a coffee corner with free coffee there. Would be great if the staff informs about the coffee corner.

Location, staff No shelves for clothes. Thin walls; can hear neighbors easily.

Short walk to Namba, Kuromom Market & Dotonbori. Rooms are not that big but comfortable. Provided clean towels daily.

The location is perfect!…very close to the train station and Dotonbori area. Nothing

Location was good and staff was polite. The room was size of closet. We couldnt open our suitcases until we could use the bed next day to open it on.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly! The room had convenient outlets and other normal hotel amenities. The location was also nice, though taxis have to take a circuitous route to approach from the north. The bathroom door has large holes in it. You can’t have any privacy while using the toilet. Maybe this is okay for traveling alone, but if you are with someone else, it feels claustrophobic. At this price point, you can find a hotel room with a real bathroom door.

Cozy hotel. Very near to the train station, commercial area, good restaurants Too small and cramped. Very difficult to open luggage. Small area to hang or clothes.

Comfortable and very well located near the popular, vibrant, tourist area of Osaka. Lovely and helpful staff. Very nice to have the common area to share and meet other travellers with the convenience of a toaster and microwave along with a coffee machine that made good coffee. The room was quite small with a view right up against another building making the room quite dark.

Price, Cleanliness, Location 1.No water dispenser. 2.One of the light in the room is exactly above the pillow and there only one switch for the whole lights in the room, which make it is very bright to the eye when you lay down on bed and open light at the same time and since it is only one switch, we cannot choose to close only that light.

Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, but… Dirty floors and dust on vents. My bathroom was leaking water and I was changed to another room after first night, and both the panel under the sink were broken.

Clean room, great shower, decent WiFi. Coffee and tea available all day. Free 2 waters each day and fresh towels and slippers. They store luggage before and after check out. No early check in or late check out but that’s standard in Japan. Quiet and comfortable. I had standard double and it was fine for 1 person or 2 people who really like each other and don’t have huge suitcases. A little too warm

Location was perfect, just a 5 min walk to Namba station. The room was very small but clean.
