the overall comfort level was quite poor. There was significant construction noise during the stay, as well as a very loud humming noise coming from a device outside the room, which made it difficult to rest. The refrigerator inside the room was also noisy, and the room ventilation was insufficient.

Ideally located for hitting up Osaka's premiere shopping destinations: literally attached to Kuromon Market and a very easy walk to Dotonbori, Nipponbashi Denden Town, and Namba. Clean and quiet room at a very reasonable price. Be aware that the rooms are small, the floorspace basically only fits the bed and I (at >190 cm height) had to bend down to fit into the bathroom. So I wouldn't recommend staying here too long if you have lots of luggage, but for a few days as a solo traveler? No problem.

Right next to the market and there are many restaurants and a few shopping malls within 5-10 min walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing noticeable for the price you pay. The staff weren’t flexible and didn’t help with changing the rooms or adjusting the reservation. For the price we paid less and received better quality in other hotels in Japan, the rooms were very basic and not spacious and no breakfast, onsen or facilities were included.

I liked that the hotel was next to the market… there were lots of food vendors and exciting things to see. Not too far of a walk from the station. Nice employees who were very accommodating. Decent selection of breakfast. Helped us ship our bags to the next hotel in Tokyo. Excellent water pressure and continuous hot water. The room was very tight! There was a lot of maneuvering to be done to get around especially with luggage.

I like the room lighting as i am able to adjust to a nice ambience when i look through my photos before bed. Its just next to Kurumon market so you can have a lot of breakfast options. Theres a supermarket and convenience store nearby too. Toilet was a little smaller than expected but still ok.

The location was great - right next door to the kuromon market so getting food was easy! Mini marts located all around as well. Only roughly a 12 min walk to the train stations There was a microwave downstairs in the reception and a free coffee machine Rooms were big enough and clean Friendly staff The pillows aren’t comfortable but this was the same in every hotel I stayed in The coin laundry was convenient but the dryer took hours to actually dry our clothes $$
