I was very pleased with the accommodations and the hotel is conveniently located near Namba and Nippombashi metro stations and shopping centers. I also how the local offerings for the breakfast buffet are changed up slightly daily. For example, one day okonomiyaki was served, the day it was takoyaki. It’s nice to have that offered to their visitors along with the usual American and European/Continental selections. If you’re a light sleeper, subway lines are running underground and can be heard. It wasn’t a problem for me (I was on the 4th floor). Although I could hear it, the sound was muted and is possibly more attenuated on the higher floors.

Fantastic hospitality, location, and comfort. The restaurant in the lobby is not great. Thousands of restaurants in the area - any of them better than this spot.

Location is amazing, very clean and interesting building, air conditioning, sizable rooms, with tons of nice amenities for families or large groups. Nothing!

The location was excellent. Room was large and comfortably fit the four of us. Bathroom was nice as well. The breakfast had many options but could have been better.

Very central location.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Very spacious, modern room, and comfortable bed. We stayed for 3 nights but this would be a great place for a longer term stay as well. Very good value for money. We didn't use it much on this stay but the residents lounge looked useful for people who need those facilities. The laundry room was very busy when I used it. The dryers are small 4.5kg ones which are very slow to dry clothes, so there is inevitably huge demand for the dryers. All of them were is use for 60 mins+ plus when my washing was done, so I had to take my washing to a local laundromat to get them dried. There are several of them just around the corner and the machines there are cheaper, larger and quicker, so I would recommend using them rather than the ones in Citadines.

The room was very spacious—three people fit comfortably without any issues. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Dotonbori. The staff was very friendly, and everyone spoke English. The hotel had a lovely design and was very clean. There was no coffee in the room; however, there was a designated area where you could get coffee and water. The breakfast buffet wasn’t very varied, but it was still satisfying. The coffee machine at the buffet often had very long lines because many people didn’t know how to use it. There are certain times when the buffet gets crowded, so it’s best to avoid peak hours.

Great location. The staffs are friendly but the housekeeping staffs are excellent. They are very friendly and do the best job in looking after your room. I would purely rate 10/10 of how the staffs kept our room upto date to the next level.

Spacious Cleanliness

Room was clean and location conviennent. A special mention should be made of the lobby receptionist (male/bald) whose impatient communication style with guests should be improved. This was the hotel's only drawback.
