Y&Y NAMBA HOTEL Osaka

The location was superb! We were within 10 minutes walking to 'the running man' and the main shopping street Dotonbori. There are many wonderful attractions in the area including cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions Like Namba Yasaka Shrine etc. We walked a lot in this city, unless we were stuck for time to reach a venue before something began! The wifi wasn't very strong, it would delay/stall every now and again, which is fine. Patience is needed is all. The hotel room was quite chilly, although the reception area and corridor leading up to the room was quite warm. I think we just didn't use the heating system correctly. It wasn't unbearable, just something that stood out. The hotel was quite comfortable other than this!

Nice stay for 2 nights. Check in is easy even though no staff after a certain time. Door entry easy with digital combination. Room was fine except dirty carpet

Good price, good location. The room is really tiny, you barely can move there (photo from entrance door). The bathroom is right next to the bed and there is a cranny under the bathroom door, so you can hear everything.

The location is great because short walk/ near to Dotonbori but very quiet at night. It is also not far to Namba Station for travel to Udema. The entire hotel is very clean, facilities are basic but has everything. It is very good value for money. Everything was good. For an inexpensive hotel, it was an excellent option

Lots of shopping within walking distance. Train stations were close I like a firm mattress, but the one I had was very hard

place was cheap and if you just need to sleep somewhere for one night alone, it's not a bad place to stay at despite it's quite smaller rooms the rooms were tiny especially the bathroom. the room itself was small but for one night, it was fine. the bathroom tho was extremely tiny that theres not even a trash bin inside. the hotel itself was also quite far from the nearest train station

Very nice staff. Super helpful! Location is great if you want to go shopping/eating. On foot it takes you about 10 minutes from Namba and you are right in Denden, close to Nipponbashi, Shinsekai and Dotonbori. Size of the room was on par with what I am used with regular Hotels in Japan. It and the bathroom is small. If you are traveling with a partner - your lugage will probably fill the entire room. But this is pretty normal for Japan. No negative, just wanted to let you know and be prepared. What really bugged me was how thin the walls are. Like... I have never in my life experienced such thin wall. When I was lying in bed, I could hear the person in the room next door snoring as loudly as if they'd be right beside me. I was able to hear the full conversation of people from a room where there even was the elevator between us. So privacy is not given in any way, you will also have a hard time sleeping.

Excellent staff. Helped with filling out form for luggage transfer, luggage transfer at 7Eleven. Excellent location. 7Eleven 1min walk. 5 min walk from train station. Value for money Room a little small

The staff were friendly and helpful. You can buy a water bottle for 50¥ at the front desk. The room felt clean. The double room was so tiny, even without suitcases we had almost no space to move around. The bathroom as well was tiny and uncomfortable at times. It looks like the location is right near Namba station but it’s actually around 13 minutes walk.
