The room was clean with 2 beds. Good for 2 persons. There was an electric kettle available, but you need to bring your own coffee, mug, and comb. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but we stayed for three nights, and it costs 330 yen just to change the bath towels ? I thought they would be changed daily. You’re pretty much on your own, but you can contact the staff via LINE if you need anything, and they respond immediately.

Balcony Too small for 2 persons. We are unable to open our luggage at the same time due to the limited space in the small room. Hardly space to walk together too.

The staff was so nice. He was waiting for us to make sure that we could do our self check-in even we arrived late.

The rooms were nice and the place overall looks new. If you are on the bigger side it may be a little bit uncomfortable, though. The rooms are smaller than what they appear in the photos, the bathroom and shower room are together, so it's a bit small and cramped. I booked this place expecting to use the balcony to enjoy the night view of the city. I was disappointed my room was on the second floor, but to be fair this is not the hotels fault. I would've enjoyed it if there were chairs and a table as it appeared in the photos, but there were none. Not sure if the only floors that have those on the balcony are the top floors.
