The noise from the railway, there is no sound isolation in the rooms. Except for this, the facility was great ?

The room is very very small and has no window. Can't get fresh air. That’s why the room smells bad when I turn the AC on. It's not valuable with the prize.

Good location to main area attractions in downtown Osaka. Complimentary miso soup and coffee. Staff were helpful and nice. Shower water pressure was great. Staff had to come up and reset the air conditioner. The bed was not super comfortable. There were dirty tissues under the bed. The refrigerator had to be unplugged and replugged due to a loud noise.

Proximity to dotonbori, very good location. Highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff especially YUKI. We felt welcome by him and he is so friendly and helpful. Nothing at all. Small room but its ok.

N/A Terrible hotel. Falsely listed as 4*, and is closer to a 2*. More like a dirty dorm room. Staff couldn't care less when raising problems. Not clean, noisy. Avoid.

Since 3rd day of our stay, the smells of cigarette is got in the room, I don’t know how it get through, but we need to turn on air purifier everytime we back from outside

Good value and location. Not too crowded but close to a train station about a couple of blocks. Convenience stores are nearby as well and there’s a noodle place in the next building. No safe box in the room.

Only downside with this hotel is if you’re a tall person 180cm, you will not be able to stand up fully in the shower as there’s a beam on the ceiling on the shower

Amenities were good. staff were very helpful with the luggage storage and delivery service. Bath was a bit small.

The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were a decent size for city break. The location is perfect, so much is in walking distance and easy to get to. The shower is just a hand held head which makes it slightly difficult to shower, it's also not placed high enough on the wall to just stand under. My husband found the beds hard but that's all on personal preference.

Rooms were very small. Location was a 5- 10 min walk towards Namba station. 10 min walk from Dotombori . Shitennoji temple was a temple with visiting 20-25 min walk . Namba shrine was also 15 min walk. We did have a difficulty to reach the hotel from Osaka Namba Station as the crossing was very confusing and we were carrying bags . Once we knew the path it was a piece of cake. We managed to walk back from the hotel to Namba station with 10 mins. Would stay again. Staff were very helpful and hospitable.
