Great and convenient location. 7-eleven just on the entrance. It didn’t look as clean as you would expect. The rooms are smaller than it looks. The double bed is really small to fit 2 people comfortably. We had to book another room because it was really uncomfortable to sleep two in the double bed.

Great location. The lobby does not look very clean. Compared to other hotels and properties we stayed around Japan, the rooms and bathrooms were not as clean and nice looking.

Location is great, hotel staff are friendly and accomodating, breakfast buffet is good and reasonable price. Triple Room is big for 3 persons, clean and comfortable stay. 7-11 store is just in the ground floor of the hotel, a major advantage. Bed a bit hard, only 1 pillow provided, bathroom is compact, especially for big people.

We loved the free unlimited drink bar in the lobby. My kids loved the hot chocolate. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My daughter left her handbag in our room and we were at the airport when she remembered she left it. We contacted the hotel and they shipped the bag to the address we provided. Thank you so much to the hotel staff. None

I actually liked most things about this hotel. The room was bigger than I expected, and for the price, it felt like I got much more than what I paid for. The staff communicated very well and were helpful throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was the shared facilities. There’s a spacious lounge and a service room where you can use a microwave and enjoy free coffee and soft drinks. They also provide tester of the Japanese shower products, which I thought was a great idea and smart marketing. Another big plus was the luggage storage service. You can leave your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out. Since check-out was at 10 a.m. and our flight wasn’t until 10 p.m., we came back twice during the day to store and pick up our things. For our travel plan, it was extremely convenient and much better than using coin lockers. The location is also great—close to many places, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around very convenient. There were a couple of cleanliness issues. The carpet floor in the room didn’t feel very clean, and we found some sugar sprinkles on the chair under the makeup table, likely left by the previous guest. It seemed like the cleaner may not have moved the chair to check underneath. Aside from those specific spots, everything else felt clean to me, especially the toilet, which I loved!

Needs more elevators, I felt bad for the staff too having to use stairs
-
The location, the price, the sleepwear, mini refrigerator, room lighting options, bed headboard with flashlight, the shower pressure, adjacent cafe restaurant with outside smoking tables.
-
Easy to find and budget option for an overnight stay in Denden Town. I was on the 2nd floor, next to the main lobby. It was pretty loud until it was later in the night and no one was in that area. Then it was fine.

There’s a lot of Konbini and Train Stations nearby. Staffs are very helpful too.
