The room was comfortable, but there was a strange smell inside the bathroom. The safe inside the room was not working as well.

Location is very good. In rooms on booking it does not say room without window but in hotel no room has window. I told this to staff and was told if I want I can go to some other hotel but in their hotel no room has window. They did not apologise for lying as in photos it seems room has window bug it's a fake photo.

We stayed in the Ninja room, my 13 year old son loved it. The beds were very comfortable. The fact that the room only gets cleaned on the third day. I missed that when I booked. I would not have booked this hotel had I known this. The reception of the hotel does not look great, the room was good. usually, it is the other way around. The reception staff on check in was not very friendly, maybe it was the language barrier.

The location was excellent, easy access to the subway stations as well as tons of hobby shops, restaurants, and cafes. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as well as the blanket and its cover continuing to open up throughout the night.

Amazing location! Walkable to stations, attractions, manga shops, dotonburi nightlife. Single room was small, typical for Japan, but modern and useful. Small fridge was nice. Lighting options. Bathroom was great. Bad was comfy. Breakfast is nice too Window was not able to be open for air, view to the floor's balcony. Staff seemed confused with some of my questions, their English could be better

The staff was AMAZING. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall the accommodations were fine. The rooms were dated, bed was extremely firm.

Breakfast very good Staff lovely This was definitely not a 4 star hotel More like a 2 star Tired looking and in need of TLC No complimentary items. Literally had to pay for everything which is complimentary in all other hotels of this rating, no tea or coffee in rooms, even toothbrushes and a bottle of water had to be paid for Beds rock hard with one flat pillow Bathroom so small I thought I was on a cruise ship. Would never have booked it had we known. Booked 4 nights and stayed only 2 nights

Location is splendid, 2 minutes from dendentown, 8 minutes from Namba station. Staff, specifically the man named Chin who could speak Chinese and English, appeared grumpy and frustrated when I tried to deposit my luggage early in the morning. Amenities were fine, but for the price I paid and for being a 3 star hotel, requiring guests to pay for toothbrushes is unacceptable.
