Good location and nice design. Staff at the lobby did not make us feel welcome when we arrived. When I asked a few questions, the responses made us feel as though we were being treated like we were stupid. When booking a 4-star hotel, I expected a much better level of customer service and human interaction.

Was pretty and modern and room was spacious and updated, great location and common area was great by the lobby AC could have been colder, it was kind of hot and we couldn’t make it colder than 20 degrees

The food stands were close, and train stations were close. The hotel was thoughtfully decorated. Bathroom was spacious Felt like I didn’t match their target audience. Vibe at the front desk was snobby.

The location and the design of the hotel really nice The staff are not friendly, they didnt welcome us in a nice way and they didnt accept to pay with apple pay. Alos very noisy hotel you can hear the cars on the streets from your room if you’re a light sleeper its not a good option

Very modern and clean. Location is great. The rooms are like typically other hotels in Japan which are quite small. Breakfast options are limited. They offer three options from the menu two of which are not even halal so we were left with very limited choices and had to purchase some items separately from the cafe.

The rooms were modern location great They only have 2 washers very difficult to use. Firstly always busy then you have to call staff to start them

Perfect location. You are close to everything in namba. Staff is also great. The bed is pretty firm which I usually like, but by day 5 I was waking up with some pretty bad back pain.

The room was fine and clean. I booked a room with breakfast for two people. When I got there, the staff told me breakfast wasn't included. I then went out and paid for it. Later I discovered it was included but when I contacted them about it they just said sorry that's too bad we gave you the wrong info.
