Just the noise at night time due to having the maid cafe right by one of our bedrooms and we could hear the noise late at night.

They were very responsive and even delivered my luggage and other documents received that were delivered to their Central hotel location. They also kept my bags after check-out because I had a late flight. Overall they were great and I would recommend this hotel group to anyone. The breakfast was also really nice.

It would be good to have more pillows

Loud street at night awoken by ambulance and garbage truck. Also there is not staff on sight so a little more difficult to get checked in.

Quite hidden gem clean safe . Loved the bag drop off options before and after check out .they thought of everything. Great breakfast as well.

Convenient location, very well equipped, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfast. Straightforward check in and check out process, very helpful and responsive staff just an email away. Great value, highly recommend!

Huge amount of space for a decent price in Japan. Nothing.

No staff at the hotel and breakfast is in a different building around the corner, meaning you had to be ready to go for the day before breakfast. While it's close to Dotonbori, it's also a bit shifty at night, with a lot of people trying to sell you 'things' in the surrounding streets. The bed was also quite hard, with no pillow top.

Location is perfect. Very close to the buzz and animation but not in it, so that the street is quiet but the fun is accessible in a few minutes walk. The rooms themselves are great, all comfort, amazing value for money. We rented a 2 bedrooms appartment for 4 people and it was amazing. Clean, great bathroom. Extra shout-out to the staff AND owner, due to a mistake of ours we left our suitcases too late in the luggage locker but they were extremely responsive and helpful, helping us outside hours and even driving us! Super, would recommend any day. Wish the luggage storage was in the hotel itself / better communication about the luggage storage in general.

Very clean and spacious. Convenient to replace used towels and amenities. Easy to walk to station near by. Also very accessible to a near by grocery store and convenience stores. The couch in the unit could be better, it was not comfortable and the cushions would fall out the back with no support. Our laundry wouldn’t dry and we would take our washed laundry to the laundromat, which luckily was very close walking distance.

I like the floor plan of the room, especially the spacious living room where all the family members can sit and eat together. The amenities are great. I like that there is also a nearby grocery where you can buy food. It's a little far from train stations but still walkable. Just enjoy the views while walking towarda the stations.

Love the location, not in the middle of action, but not too far. The little local bar across the street was very welcoming.

Has all you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping can be improved.
