The location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance and you have a train stop right next-door! There was a little bit of a tourist and a little bit of a local atmosphere. It was a very nice combination. Felt safe walking around by myself at all hours of the day. Not to mention that the people at the facilities and the restaurant were very kind and informative. While we were there, there was a cosplay parade that takes place every year did not know about it, but that was an amazing surprise and really fun sense of community. The bathroom was a tad small, but that did not take away from everything else being excellent.

Very good value to the hotel and also the stay was very clean and comfortable. If you like manga or anime related stuffs then you're on the right place as it's right at the same street, you'd get the access to most shops nearby in 5-10minutes walking distance. And Kuromon is just around 12 minutes walk away which is convenient if you're interested in tourist spots.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Namba Ebisucho. The staff were very polite and friendly, which made our experience even better. We stayed for 10 days, and room cleaning was provided every 3 days, which was convenient for us. The location is great, it’s very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. There is also a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient, we would stop by before going out and again when coming back at night. There are also many restaurants nearby, and popular areas like Dotonbori and Shinsekai are easily accessible. The hotel provides basic amenities, and the front desk was helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage, which made our stay hassle-free. There’s also a nearby fruit and vegetable store where we bought bananas and strawberries before heading back to the hotel. Please note that there is an accommodation tax to be paid upon check-in. In our case, it was 1,200 yen for our entire stay. The only issue we experienced was with the coin laundry at the hotel, as it didn’t dry clothes very well. However, there is another coin laundry nearby that works better.

The small space with no storage

Staffs are helpful and attentive Nothing all okay

The most perfect location because of its nearness to a train station, less than 50 meters away. And yet quiet enough that it's not in the middle of the bustling activities. There's a lot of food options in the area as well as convenience stores (7/11 is just in front of the hotel!) and souvenir shops. And they even have free amenities/toiletries, with the night clothes the most appreciated. One less set of clothes to bring for tourists. None really, because the hotel has all that we needed despite it being a budget hotel. The elevator being just one didn't really bother us because it's quite fast.

Great staff and facilities with Value Price. Walking only 7-8 min from Ebisucho station. Also I forget some stuff at the hotel and after check out for 3 day we go they to get the stuff back with no issue

Excellent location! 2 minute walk to Ebisucho station. Just a 15min walk to Tsutenaku and past that the tennoji park (and an excellent shopping mall) being so close to Ebisucho station connected us to all the other places we needed to go to including Kyoto and easy to access the Shinkansen. The staff was friendly and willing to help with extra things we needed. The room was perfect for two us, two single beds, and one large suitcase, more suitcases could probably fit. The amenities offered was a good selection, the ac is controllable from the room and we were able to keep it nice and cold for us as it was very hot outside. Would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent stay.

The lobby and room were both very nice and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We left a few items on accident and the hotel was very quick in responding to our message about our items. When returning to retrieve the items, the front desk staff again was SO NICE and said that, once a guest, always a guest. We felt so welcome.

15 min walk to Dotombori/ Namba. Nearby restaurants, 7 eleven in front of the hotel. Room was smelly, it came from the bathroom. Like humidity smell.
-
Clean, near subway station. Small space as expected.

the smell when you enter the hotel is so relaxing. I was entertained finally by an english speaking staff at the front desk and he was so accomodating… his name i cant forget nambi- a sri lankan none

The rooms are very small and looked old and depressing. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom. The hallway smells like sheep — which is hands down the worst part of this stay! I booked two rooms, and in one of them, the AC wasn’t working. Honestly, this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

Room was a bit on the small side but that's a bit expected in japan

Very good
-
Proximity to metro line, popular areas in Osaka The bathtub wasn’t sealed properly, so water fell behind it when you have a shower and the whole bathroom smells of mould and mildew.
