This was my second stay we picked this place again due to its location and location/price only If you’re going to book this hotel I highly recommend you think twice. The hotel charged an extra $350 Canadian/¥3500 per room for my stay because I had originally booked as a couple per room, they said that their booking showed only 1 guest per room and charged the additional guest fee. I did not have the same issue last year when booking so please beware

There are several things we DID NOT like on this hotel: 1) Breakfast area - given that the hotel has so many rooms there should be ample space for the breakfast area. Everyday we are rushed to finish our breakfast since there are people lining outside the pantry. There were only 9 tables multiply by 4 seats each to accommodate the rest of the hotel. 2) Rooms - there was no indication that rooms are not cleaned everyday only change of towels, unlike in other hotels (even in Tokyo). I was surprised when the receptionist told me that rooms are normally clean after 2 nights. There are hotels when you book it would say ECO Standard room which means that no cleaning but change of towels only. Moreover, the rooms and toilets have some foul smell when we entered. 3) Beddings - we booked 2 Japanese tatami rooms. Unfortunately, the duvet filling is very yellow and smelled so bad.

The beds were comfortable and the location was very good. The windows were indeed not very soundproof. I heard commotion of the streets even on the 8th floor. Unfortunately the breakfast selection was quite limited and there were more softdrinks than juices. The breakfast room looked sparse and more like an afterthought.

My room in the 13th floor had a great view of the city when waking up in the morning or in the middle of the night Everything was great there was nothing to not dislike

No cleaning service , we stay in hotel like Home stay , have to throw our own rubbish. Check out time 10.00 am . When we check out , no one at the counter No cleaning service in hotel , we stay 4 night , bed sheet never changed ! Room never clean , have to throw own rubbish ! No Door bell , we have to knock door literallly with hand ! You can't see anyone in teh hotel at night , even at night , no one at the counter , security compromised

The location is superb, and the room is spacious. Lighting too weak for me to do my makeup. The air-conditioning is confusing as I am not able to get the hot air. I have to bear with the cold whole night.

Very close to shops, restaurants, and the stations. No room cleaning everyday. Though we were thankful that we had free 2 days room cleaning service during our 17-day stay

Location Everything was bad . You basically got an empty room with flat rags that they passed for Japanese beds??? What a joke.

Very convenient to go everywhere. Kuromon market is just within 5 minutes walking distance. Can even walk to Dotonburi in within 15minutes. The hotel is surrounded by many good foods and restaurants. Lawson is just next to the hotel.

The room is clean, quiet with good sound insulation, and comfortable. The lobby is well maintained and designed, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near dotonburi and kuromon market. There’s a Lawson located right next to it as well:
