Rooms could be a bit bigger
-
The location was good, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The smoking room being so near to the lobby was not as nice.
-
Location Very small rooms. You can’t even bring your language in. The biggest problem is they’ll give you one key for 2 people. I was there with my wife and we couldn’t leave to room separately as you can’t enter the hotel or use elevator. We asked twice that we need 2 keys but they refused to give one.

Great staff. Great location
-
The location is really center. The room is quiet and the staffs are friendly.

Elevator was fast and staff friendly I encountered several issues during my stay. First, there were no cameras, which left me feeling uncertain about security. A guest attempted to use the laundry facilities while I was already using the washer, and he became impatient. When I returned, I found the machines unplugged, and the front desk did not address the situation or offer any compensation for my loss. This lack of assistance and follow-through was disappointing. I hope the property reviews its policies to prevent disruptions like this and to ensure guests are properly supported in such situations.

A lot of dust in our room was the only negative.

Wonderfully situated in the hub of Osaka. No proper cleaning of rooms No bed making Very small space Staff English very limited

Amazing locations. The room was on the smaller size breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. Smaller rooms not enough counter space in the bathroom. Couldn’t control the air conditioner as was locked the reception told me if it’s too hot to open a window we were on a noisy street. The carpet had a lot of stains and stains on the walls. Bathrooms smelled like sewage and no fan for ventilation.

Big bed.
-
It was a nice hotel, rooms were bigger than normal for Japan and the location was perfect. The bed and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. It was hard to have a good nights sleep. We were a party of 12 and everyone complained about the bed.

Location and facilities. Cleaning policy is not flexible
-
Close enough to night life and all the restaurants but far enough to be quiet and not so crowded Fridge doesn’t get cold, ruined all my dairy and perishables. AC is controlled by the bldg so you can’t choose heating or cooling. Woke up sweating first night. Strange smell from the room that I can’t quite figure out what it is.

Clean Room and good price
-
The location is good for an Osaka first-timer, as it's right near Dontonbori and within the Namba area. Lots of good food around and the room itself was good enough for two people, esp. considering we spent the whole day out and about.

Only that it was clean and good location that’s it. Very poor welcome. For starters, the staff can be a bit friendlier. They were just unbothered, not rude but not hospitable like you would expect in a hotel. The first sentence in our briefing for the room is checkout is at 10, there will be no requests for late checkouts. If you’re late you will be charged for the night. What an unfriendly welcome! Other points that need improvement: - No bins in the bathrooms in the rooms. Am I supposed to go out to the room every time I want to throw a cotton bud, or other items that can’t go in the toilet? - Not even a bottle of water in the room like every other hotel all over the world. Not even tea, or coffee. But at least water. - No phone in the room to contact the reception, you need to walk with your pajamas out of the room next to to the elevator to use the phone. Never seen that in any hotel I ever stayed in. - We were 3 people, in the room and were only provided with towels for 2. Had to request extra towels.

Location was perfect. it was close enough to the main tourist areas but far enough to have some peace and quiet. train stations were pretty close. a lot of food options around the hotel were available as well. luggage storage was also very helpful.
