Tiny room with tiny bathroom. No in room coffee

The room service is very good. They come in and clean the room and make the bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but it is to be expected most hotels in Japan rooms are small. I just wish there was a nice place to put the luggage.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I can’t understand why most food in Japanese hotel breakfasts contains pork. I would understand if it were included in a few items, but even though there is a significant increase in Muslim travelers staying in Japan, I don’t know why this issue is still being overlooked.

Location Be aware that the rooms are extremely small. We booked one for 2 and we couldn’t fit 2 carry-on . We end up requesting to change to a room with three beds to use one for the luggage I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone specially if you are traveling with kids. There is only one elevator, but to my surprise we didn’t have to wait too long at the time of use The staff do not speak English. There was a couple that have limited communication in English language. Even though they try hard in communicating and they were very polite. To me is too expensive for what it is.

Good location near the Namba train station, right across the street from the Kuromon fish market and within walking distance of Dotonburi. The free welcome bar and breakfast were nice touches. The room was so tiny! My family members and I were crawling over each other, there was no place to open our suitcases except on our bed, and the bathroom was the smallest I'd ever seen. My son's knees touched the walls when he sat on the toilet.

Hotel is located in good place, walking distance to Namba, many restaurants around also shopping places. Hotel staff are very nice and also speaks great English. Clean room, breakfast selection is enough, you may find toilet space is bit tiny ( Toilet & bathroom together ) but I enjoy my stay here.

I love Super Hotels, they never disappoint me. Great location, in walking distance to Namba station. Lots of restaurants nearby, lively area but I still had a very good night sleep. Love the pillows. N/a

The staffs were very helpful and friendly despite that most of them don’t speak Chinese or English. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is very clean and well maintained! TV remote wasn’t working properly and toilet was a bit small.

the location of the property is amazing and very convenient close to everything..breakfast food is delicious and lots of option i might say the lobby going to the rooms are not that good it seems old old and i can smell the dust (i suggest do a little bit of renovation and change the carpet) so that it smells good ???

Amazing location in the heart of all the action! Also great water in the bathrooms for baths. EXTREMELY SMALL. Three of us stayed in the triple room with a bunk bed. I didn’t mind the room being small as much as I minded the bathrooms. My knees touched the wall when I sat on the toilet.
