very convenient location, friendly staff, good price "Free breakfast" is a very generous term... it's a nice offering of breakfast snacks but I would not consider it a "free breakfast" meal.

The location is good The room was not comfortable, washroom was very small. The amount paid was way too much for the room.

Location is very good and cheap, staff are very nice. It’s old but I’m not complaining I got what I paid for, only I don’t like is the toilet for washing private area is not working maybe because it’s old and there is no bidet. Otherwise I have no problem.

The room was too compact and there was a central air conditioning system. I was feeling hot inside the room at night then I asked the staff to turn ON the air conditioning (cooling) but they said they can't due to the season. Due to this issue, I couldn't sleep at night for all three 4 nights.

The breakfast has a few option only, but thankful coz its free. The smell of the room, the Aircon is not working properly I feel hot in the room and it make me sweat.

Location was close to KUROMON market, plenty of restaurants, and Nippombashi and Namba stations both a few minutes walk away. There is a Lawson right on its doorstep, which was incredibly handy. The smell of cigarettes throughout the property, although my non-smoking room was fine. The bathroom could definitely do with an update

When I was given a choice of check in early with non working bidet or check in later with bidet, I should have known something was wrong. This hotel is badly in need of renovation. Don't need to close the whole hotel at one time but one floor at a time.
