The air conditioner needs to be called to turn on every time I return. There was no coffee or tea refill the following day, so I had to call to request it. No breakfast was provided, even though I paid for a reservation that included breakfast so I had to pay for my breakfast at the counter when I checked in.

Should be the location Small, unable to clean the room, centrally controlled AC, not understanding English..so it’s maybe a way of not accommodating any issues

The location is great ! The room was clean and comfortable and all the employees were very caring. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and they changed the food selection daily !

This hotel is an awesome location. As with other APAs we’ve stayed at, the service is efficient and reliable and they have great amenities. We found the room smaller room than our last in Tokyo, and no underbed storage so our 2 small suitcases took up most of the floor space.

The staff The smallest rooms of all the businesses hotels we used in our stay, no many facilities, no smoking areas, nothing exceptional

The staff, amenities and room cleanliness. They provided extra necessities which is a great thing; however, in some day I feel like a bit too much. Room was quite tight for two people and luggage.

Typical tiny rooms with an efficient layout. Great location and a terrific (paid) breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, close to Namba station and walking distance to Dotonbori. The amenities in the room are perfect. And I love that the shampoo & conditioner made my hair so soft :) There’s very little space to keep our luggage open, unlike other APA hotel I stayed in Ueno Tokyo where we can put our luggage under the bed. Other than this, everything else was perfect.

Relatively small room. I was alone in a room so had enough space but if you travel with more persons it could be challenging to find the place for two or more suitcases.

The room was clean NO HEATED TOILET SEATS, for the price of this place - unforgivable.. Super small room i had to open my suitcase on my bed. TV turned on and started playing their ADs everytime i got back to my room and turned the power on, super annoying.
