location is near nankai namba south exit. the room I booked was changed to tatami-style because I checked-in earlier which I thank for. However, no lift. The share bathroom where my floor was located was out of service that time and so needed to get to another floor to use one if there is a need.

Nothing The room was dirty there was throw up on the carpet on both sides of the bed from a prior person. There was also black mold in the shower. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside and from nearby rooms.

Very close to everything, subway and train station. The staffs are prompt in taking action. It is not very clean. There are black spots inside the shower. Sometimes the main level smells because common washrooms and showers are on that level. Since it is a low rise, it can be noisy during the night.

It is very easy to check in and being able to store your luggage near the station was great! I would definitely stay there again. I liked that everything is automatic.

Nice hotel. Excellent location, right in the middle of Namba. Very affordable too. The check-in was over telecom, which felt a bit weird. It was totally fine for our stay, but it might've been slightly more comforting to have a staffed reception. Still, no problems.

The room is great with a good amount of space for storage. the tatami mat and futon beds are great the location right across from a shopping centre and train station allows for great access to food

Great friendly staff. They even delivered my Amazon parcels to the room . The rooms was very spacious and a nice bathroom. The washer dryers were a bonus. Some rooms have windows facing dead walls which could be an issue if you’re claustrophobic.

It was 2 star hotel. Havent seen any staff so not comment. It is quite small hotel no elevator. Room was clean. Namba is great location for literally everywhere

The location was excellent. The fact you had no reception you had to email to contact someone. The shower was so mouldy so discusting I had to email them about it they got it cleaned it was white finally but room are not serviced daily and the window looked to a brick wall. Felt like you were in prison. You had to get your amenities , towels from reception area leave your dirty ones out. We were there 5 nights and room got cleaned 3 times . Sorry I need daily the toilet needed cleaning badly as a really bad smell was coming from it. The bed needed serious update and quits were so yellow so old coming through you could see it. Just needs a big update and proper clean for price I paid. Was more like a one star not a 3 star.
