Felt like a slightly noisy normal hotel room! In a good way
-
The location is noisy during the night, making difficult to sleep
-
Very quiet and lots of free amenities available (towel, eye masks, toiletries, slippers, etc) Check in starts at 5pm and check out is at 10am, making it hard if you get in early or if you have a later flight out. There was some light all night in the dorm style area that wasn’t blocked out and made it hard to sleep without an eye mask. There are free eye masks available though.

It’s close to the station. Triple is a good room with space. The hot springs. Walls are thin so you can hear the streets

Central location, premium cabins (not standard capsules) The receptionist at check in (night time) was unfriendly and rude, which is very uncommon in Japan: it never happened to me again in a 3 weeks trip. Her English was not very good and it was hard to understand her explanations, but she reacted unfriendly when I asked clarifications (while everyone else has always been polite, including other employees of the same hotel). When I didn’t understand where exactly removing shoes was required, she shouted at me instead of politely reminding as any other service personnel I met would have done. On the other hand, she seemed to only be polite with Japanese customers (before/after me) as she was smiling and them and interacting cheerfully. Just to clarify I am only talking about one person as the morning receptionist at checkout was very friendly and professional; it’s so sad that the attitude of one customer facing employee reflects so badly on the impression I got of this hotel.

The room was very big and comfortable. You can enjoy after a long day at the spa or massage chair. There is only one shower per floor ( one for men, one for women) so that may create a bit of waiting time. If you're in a hurry plan you shower ahead

The location is very nice! It is located at the exit #13 of the subway station. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.
-
There was a large gap at the top of the curtain, which meant it didn't properly black out the room and a lot of leaked in - ended up having to use eye mask when sleeping. The surface above the gap was also very slightly reflective, which meant at certain angles you could actually see in/out of part of the room even with the curtain closed - made it feel less private than it should have been.

The gym was an additional fee.
-
The public bath and sauna All is good
-
The capsule is big, you can have your large baggage with you. They don’t clean your capsule during your stay. So if you stay a week you will have the same pijamada and bedsheets.

Superb

Staff very helpful, location over one of the entrances to Oaska train network. Had more amenities than the expensive hotels. Hence very good value for money, probably best suited for single travelling individuals. My only concern was that the cubicle was not lockable.Hence you could go into anyone's cubicle. It did have a drawer under the bed for small items to be locked in, but luggage could be taken away very easily.

Great location, right outside the station exit. The premium room is very comfortable and great value for money. The shared bathrooms are clean and they have washing services available. The wifi is strong and the staff are very friendly The dryer is very weak

Great location in Namba, great well thought out facilities and overall very clean. Having an Onsen on site is awesome. Staff are awesome & very accommodating to your needs.

Perfect location, super clean, large king single size bed in the single cabins with a lockable drawer under the bed. Great showers , very clean, washing machines too. Mattress was hard so a bit uncomfortable for me but this seems to be the norm in Japan.
