Free breakfast,the location is just outside the train station so convenient,the free amenities you can grab anytime,room is spacious. Nothing,will stay here again.

I didn’t have my room clean daily. The room amenities were restocked daily when sign is left out. The accessibility and short distance to Dontoburi. The small packets necessities I.e. washer and dryer, small packets at the isle of the check in counter. The most memorable event that I liked about the property is that, my friend forgot her bag in the taxi. We went to the front desk and reported the lost bag. The receptionist was very helpful and mentioned she will update us once she hears something from the taxi driver. The front desk has an assistant technology device. This device is located on the front desk table. The front desk clerk will speak into it in their Japanese language and then the device will translate in English. My friend was told that the taxi wont be able to come to the hotel for another 3 hours. My friend and myself stayed in the hotel to wait for updates. The taxi driver came within an hour. My friend was sooooo happy. Because of this event, my friend can honestly say she trusts Japan. The trash in the area with the vending machines, water and ice dispenser was not always main when I saw it. The ice machine always had incense in the tray. I felt that something may happen because of the ice buildup.

Location was central to our decision and the hotel did not disappoint - it's smack in the middle and a walking distance between the Dotonbori, the Gilco Running Man, and Namba areas. Plus, it's also accessible to all major subway and train lines. The free breakfast was also varied and great.

Breakfast is OK . Location very good can walk to Dotonbori in 5 min. If You have luggage can use escalator at gate 24 to namba walk and go to Nankai train . Good Locker at B1 level in Hotel which do it by yourself. Free Coffee in Lobby very good. Pillow is too high. Taxi cannot park in front of Hotel. Check-in time should be 14.00 rather than 15.00.

Front desk staff didn’t speak English. The Lighting control was inconvenient.

Uncomfortable pillows and lighting controls

The location was great. Close to everything. Train station was a 1 minute walk. Taxi stand, 1-minute walk. Dotonbori, 10-minute walk. You're in walking distance of anything you may want to do. Many major stores all within walking distance. Would have liked a better selection of Western foods for the breakfast buffet.

Convenience, it is in the center of all activities.

The location was super close to the metro station and dotonbori. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe. I also liked the complementary breakfast as it gives a nice touch. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and stiff. I also didn’t like the pillows. But it wasn’t something I couldn’t handle, it still allowed me to have a nice sleep.
