Rooms were large! A/C worked great, super convenient location, great access to public transport (subway and JR), quiet but close to hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, amazing staff (they drove us to the train station to get to the airport and walked us to the train without hesitation or ask) Bath towels were rather small

Great location as many restaurants, Dotonbori, shopping including Orange Street were all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

There’s so much to like! It was within easy walking distance to major shopping districts, America Mura, the Dotonbori River, and the train station. The amenities were delightful, and I loved the Dyson hair dryer that comes in the rooms. But what really sets this place apart was the service! The staff went above and beyond in helping us with our travel plans to the airport, even to the point of driving us to the bus station and walking us inside to make sure we purchased the correct ticket. The only negative I can think of is the view. Our windows looked directly out onto the train tunnels and construction, but we were only on the 3rd floor, and we didn’t choose this place for the view.

Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was great. Lounge with drinks was very nice ammenity.. Close to highway and did hear traffic through the night. Needed bedside lights.

The perfect place to stay in Osaka. Amazing location - Namba metro station is two minutes walk and Dotonbori is five minutes walk. Plenty of nice places to eat, shop or even have a massage in the area. Great stuff, friendly and helpful. Free massage chair and lovely kitchen. Rooms are clean and toilet is amazing ☺️ Don’t consider any other place to stay in Osaka. Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff were so kind. The free beverages with generous hours were so convenient. And this location felt safe but easy access to the night life of Osaka. Family friendly too! This hotel was my favorite during our trip!

Perfect location, the amenities were awesome! We loved the free beverages and massage chairs!!! The room had everything we needed and the staff was so kind and attentive. They completely took care of our luggage forwarding for us while we enjoyed a coffee. This is simply the perfect hotel at this price point. You cannot go wrong! Nothing comes to mind

The staff is so kind! They offered to drive us to the bus station and even took us to the ticket counter to buy the tickets. Everyone goes above and beyond. The hotel is small but it has a lot of perks, like free drinks, massage chairs and even a coin laundry. The room has everything you need and a block away from all the nightlife

There’s no breakfast restaurant in the hotel, but they will give you information about breakfast place around the area. Also, they have complimentary hot drinks/cold drinks, warm corn soup in the main dining area. It was very helpful and convenient. I’m super grateful to the owner, very nice. Nothing, everything is good for us.
