Room is clean particularly the toilet. We like everything.

the location is very good as it is accessible to many places. no heater inside the room, only at the hallway.

Hotel staff had exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The rooms are a bit small by western standards. However, we used our room for just sleeping and spent all day sightseeing so it wasn't a problem.

Amazing location, very friendly and polite stuff

Very close to dotonburi and Namba. Easy to access, 4min walk to Namba station. Everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Facility was tidy, quiet and exactly what I needed.

It was clean and the staff were friendly and hospitable. It was very close to all the fun in Dontobori. They also had in room massage, though I didn’t get to take advantage of it. The room was very small and didn’t have a great view. It also kind of smelled like cigarettes, seemingly from a parking lot being right outside the window.

The location was at the center and easy access to major spots. The carpet had a slight smell of sweat or musty? But it is clean, the smell was a little bothersome, no big deal.

The location is very good! The bath room & toilet is quite big ! The staffs are very nice ! The bed is small for couple but it was fine for me as I was staying alone !

The rooms were very small and seriously need to be updated. Not a lot of privacy since you could hear through the thin walls. Also, a very loud alarm went off in the hotel twice on one of the nights we stayed. Once at around midnight and then again at 2 a.m. On another night we were awoken by a loud altercation happening in the streets. Would not stay here again.

Quite a nice hotel for the price, right in the Dontonbori area. The room is small, without much space for luggage. On the other hand, the bathroom and toilet areas are still spacious enough and comfortable.

it’s my 2nd time to stay in this hotel because it’s just take a few steps to dotonbori..! so far there nothing that i didn’t like about this hotel..

Great location, great place, very clean and the staff were lovely. Very pleasantly surprised that the room had a fridge, as it wasn't listed in the amenities. No kettle in the room, but you can take one from reception, and there is a coffee and hot/cold water machine at reception too, so I didn't bother taking a kettle to the room. I believe it is partly a love hotel, but it didn't bother me, and I really loved the room as soon as I walked in. The only two things which were a little bit less than perfect were the noisy air-conditioning and the rather hard mattress, but honestly, they didn't bother me. If you're sensitive to noise, however, bear in mind that there is one you can turn off, but there's also something else, which seems to be automatically on.
