2nd time staying here. I am happy with it It was hotter this time than last and the AC doesn't go below 20 degrees C. A dehumidifier would have helped cool the room down

The property is right next to Dotonbori street. Easy access to train station.

Loved all the amenities! Breakfast was amazing, friendly and attentive staff. Great location and such a great spot if you have kids. I also loved all the bath products they offer!

breakfast was very cheap, we couldn’t call it a breakfast. No egg, not much option. So called free drink had additional water added to it. Water down drinks. When we poured the wine in the glass it was obvious that around 1/3 or more extra water was added to it.

Honestly, we loved everything! The only thing we could even think of to make this stay even more perfect is a beer offering with the drink bar.

Lots of free amenities making it convenient. Staff was friendly. Location was good and close to Dotonbori. Hotel is quite dated in esthetics and functionality. Breakfast was very mediocre and same everyday. Ramen was decent but didn’t have a lot of added varieties. Same everyday night . Lighting in room was so dark and moody. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel when there’s more options out there.

We would have liked to have known it was as family friendly as it is before choosing to stay there. We have nothing against children, we have two of our own, but when traveling, it would have been nice to know that there is a play area in the dining area.

The hotel is in an excellent location,150m from namba station and 50m from dotombori, there is a free ramen service after 19pm and also breakfast between 7-11 am, everything was perfect, I will stay again next time I visit osaka None

Breakfast spread could be better if eggs are available . Otherwise all fairly good and supper can give it a miss. Rather complimentary Cup Noodles options would be a more saving and appealing option. Or Congee . Or waffles .

Excellent location (few mins walk from Namba station and Dontonburi). Clean and nice size room for Japanese standards. The amenities exceeded my expectations. Very helpful staff. Nothing

My children would give this an 11+ if they could. I would give it a 9.9 just because it doesn’t have a public onsen. But overall an exceptional hotel. Actually had to drag the kids away to go see the sites in Osaka, they would have preferred just to spend 4 days in the hotel. One child read 12 books in one day! I enjoyed all the various free skin and bath products to try and made my own “wellness” every night in our bathtub with the free glass of wine.

This was a great spot with a fun option for a larger family of 4. Great amenities including free breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day. They have karaoke on sight but we didnt take advantage. The best part was walking out the door to walk the river and surrounding areas. I liked how the bathroom, shower and sinks all had their own space and the beds were in another area. If I had to be picky, it would be that you had to sit on the floor in your room. A chair would have been nice but not a big deal.

Awesome hotel, In a great location. Right next to Dotonbori and a train station. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The hotel has a lot of amenities for those who stay here: ramen bar, drink bar, and breakfast buffet. NA

I LOVED this hotel! Great amount of space compared to the other hotels I stayed at. There was free amenities that exceeded what other hotels offered. I got to use Refa hair products for free and other skin care amenities. They had a free drink station which me and my partner loved to pregame our night out lol. It was also very convenient to get to Dotonbori, like a 8 min walk. Staff was very friendly and check in was fast. Can not wait to come back for my next trip.
