Rooms a bit small.
-
The standard room is extremely small, felt very crammed with our big luggage, so definitely go for an upgrade.
-
Nearby metro station, staff They take money for luggage storage, AC remote- toilet seat-tv remote had no translations on them, breakfast was not worth it

Cleanliness, friendliness, location, snacks, great breakfast with a wide variety of selection. Public bath was fabulous. Rooms small but very typical for a Japanese hotel. I loved the bright colors splashed throughout the hotel. I noticed the odor of cigarettes when walking in. My daughter did not, but I am very sensitive to smells. Smoking is still very common in Japan and so they have a designated smoking area. Not uncommon here. I did not smell it anywhere else. Our Room was free of any scent of smoke. I would still definitely stay again.

Every thing was good. I like it

We would take a break mid-day since it was easily accessible. My favorite facility is the onsen, which I went to everyday to relax. Just keep in mind that there is a smoking room on the first floor so sometimes the lobby can smell a bit like smoke. A single bed room is pretty small for two people so if you want more floor space, I would book a two bedroom room.

I loved the location, the size of the room and how clean it was. The only was that it felt like some of staff was laughing at me instead of trying to help me. Most of the staff was very helpful and attentive.
-
Location was great, just outside Daikokucho station Exit 6. Hotel provided snacks and drinks at the lobby. Self serve toiletries also available by the elevators. Onsen was good & relaxing. Rooms were very clean. Convenience stores very close (Lawson & Family Mart). A 711 and 2 supermarkets were within a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Good location, within about a 20-minute walk of the main tourist areas. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the room and bathroom felt more like a solid 3-star hotel. Everything was clean, and the customer service was good. A few things were disappointing: the motion-sensor lighting was quite annoying, and there was no bedside table or reading lamp, which I would expect from a 4-star hotel. That said, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices, everything was well organized, and the food was tasty. Overall, I would rate this as a solid 3-star hotel with a very good breakfast. Sensor lighting in the room

Just 20 feet from a subway station and Family Mart. The room is small but very comfortable and very gentle and kind staff
-
Nothing really
-
Staff was very accommodating and showed us flyers and pamphlets about what’s around and with some recommendations of their own. Amazing customer service. The train station is walking distance and so is the coin laundry.
-
Second time staying here. super comfortable, clean and easy to access!!! Nothing.
-
You can leave your luggage for a while for only 500 yen per day.
-
Good location just next to exit 6 of subway station which is has elevator from platform to the ground level very good for ppl with suitcase. Nice breakfast if you like japanese food. Public bath is also nice but they close 9.00-15.00 so you have to wake up early if you want to use public bath before you go out.
-
Staff are very friendly and helpful, room was super clean and comfortable, hotel is super close to subway station, and free amenities are very nice. Nothing really besides not being to enter the bath due to my tattoos but i can’t be mad due to it being their policies and rules.
-
Very comfortable stay with unusually spacious rooms for Osaka, excellent staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The only drawback was a ¥500 per piece luggage storage fee after checkout, which would ideally be complimentary for hotel guest
-
The hotel is in a great location (right next to a train station). The hotel held our luggage for us until check in time. We found our room to be very clean and comfortable. A good value for the price. Would stay again.

Very close to train stop, easy walk to attractions, nice big room
