Staff was very accommodating and showed us flyers and pamphlets about what’s around and with some recommendations of their own. Amazing customer service. The train station is walking distance and so is the coin laundry.

Good location just next to exit 6 of subway station which is has elevator from platform to the ground level very good for ppl with suitcase. Nice breakfast if you like japanese food. Public bath is also nice but they close 9.00-15.00 so you have to wake up early if you want to use public bath before you go out.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room was super clean and comfortable, hotel is super close to subway station, and free amenities are very nice. Nothing really besides not being to enter the bath due to my tattoos but i can’t be mad due to it being their policies and rules.

Very comfortable stay with unusually spacious rooms for Osaka, excellent staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The only drawback was a ¥500 per piece luggage storage fee after checkout, which would ideally be complimentary for hotel guest

The hotel is in a great location (right next to a train station). The hotel held our luggage for us until check in time. We found our room to be very clean and comfortable. A good value for the price. Would stay again.

We didn't include breakfast when we booked the room through booking.com, and we couldn't buy it there for one of the days of our stay.

I like how near it is from Namba which is just 1 station away by train. I dont sleep with just 1 pillow but overall its good value for money

I don’t recall anything I didn’t like. Front desk staff was able to help provide needed info in English which I wish I didn’t need but Alas the language challenge is real.

It is very close to Daikokucho Station, about a 50-meter walk from Exit 6, the closest exit to the hotel, which has lift service. There are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The onsen is clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable and wifi is fine too. The hotel room is small, which is common in Osaka. There is only one pillow for each hotel guest, while I prefer two pillows if I have a choice.
