Terrible beds, lighting that is glaring and horrible dirty shower area with a sink in it (?) and they took away the waffle while I was about to make one. Terrible american music blaring it's like a parking garage but oh my God the lighting is Track lifting with few options and the beds are terrible flat pillows and it's just not worth the price. Never again the rooms are large honestly but like not in a way that matters . Old unkempt and overpriced

Good budget value, with free warmed bread during breakfast, and free flow alcohol at night. Decent facilities, and a little bit old, but for this price it is good. Washer and dryer is also available at a price. I accidentally selected smoking room and was not able to change my room, so the room smells like tobacco.

The property is just 5 minutes away from Daikokucho station and 10mins from Namba and Dotonbori. You will also not be problematic when you need some snacks or stuff for yourself as the Hotel is just besides the Family mart and like a small Don Quijote (drugstore, market) where you can buy cheaper chocolates. I just wanna call it small donki lol We also loveee the complimentary pastry breakfast! It was so good and everyday it’s freshly baked! I personally love the waffle! I’ve never tried a very tasty waffle like that! The staffs were so nice and easy to talk to. They helped us sending our luggages to our next destination. The beds are hard, not too hard but it’s still good to sleep on.

Relatively spacious rooms Convenience store is just beside the hotel The hotel was kind enough to receive a package delivered from Kyoto 10 floors but only one elevator The location is OK if you’re not carrying luggages, as the touristy areas are walkable; it might be tricky if you have them and would walk to either the Daikokuchou or Namba station (walkable, but would be a bit difficult if you have luggages) Some rooms might be outdated; I had to move to another room because the toilet wasn’t working Somewhat helpful staff? I’m not sure what the work setup is with housekeeping but when I asked for help with the toilet I wasn’t sure if the housekeeping staff relayed it to reception and I had to double check with reception. The housekeeping staff did try his best to check and fix the toilet though, so plus point for that. I guess it would be even better if the communication was more proactive

We have stayed here four times and love everything. - The rooms are huge. - Free drinks/coffee all day. - Free icecream. - Free alcohol from 6-8. - Free breakfast. - Perfect location. 10 minute walk from Namba Square. - Helpful staff. - Best hotel in Japan for value for money. The rooms are a bit old but if you don't care too much about that then book here!!

Close to Namba but far enough away to not be noisy, free bread in the morning , plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Metro close by Shower/ bathroom area a little dated

The rooms are pretty big than standard Japanese hotel rooms. There was a dresser too and kitchenette. There is also a common area with free ice cream, coffee (really good mocha) and drinks. None

The staff wasn't as nice as in other hotels we had in Japan. They didn't understand English well and didn't really try to help in some cases.

Affordable, close to train and shops area by walk The staff was not flexible in changing rooms from smoking to non-smoking. Accidentally booked smoking room. Amy was told that we would like to check out at 12 noon and agreed but did not inform us from the beginning that check out is at 10 AM and every succeeding hour that there will be a fee. So we left at 10 AM instead of 12 noon. Good thing we check the night before.
