Location and cleanliness. The staff were really nice too. Nothing really, but I do hope they can lower the rate. I have heard od other hotels that were as clean with a lower rate, this happened after trip though.

Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, good location -- about 12 min walk from the subway.

Didn't have a breakfast there. It's a good location. The space is a bit of small for three people in four people room, we had to avoid pumping each other while moving in the room.

It was really Clean and Great Amenities Nothing

Clean (the room is not too small for my family with 4 people), daily refill the amenities, have water boiler, have hair dryer, (no free drinking water). We have a little problem heater which cause the room to be a bit hot, so we fix it by turn off heater sometimes.

Clean, polite and very helpful staff. Room was clean and simple. Great if you need a place to simply stay while exploring Osaka. Only having one pillow made the sleeping a little uncomfortable. I only stayed one night but multiple nights stay could be have a worse outcome.

Location and cleanliness are really good. The staff are also super helpful and efficient. They helped us receiving luggage that we had delivered and also keeping it safe after check-out on our last day. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size but it’s expected on such a central location.

The location is very good, close to the subway and many shops and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful!

The Hotel staff was very friendly and since we arrived early, they let us leave our luggage in the lobby while we went out. Hotel is also near a few restaurants and convenience stores. Metro Station is also not too far. The rooms are not very big and when travelling with a family it can be a bit tight but not a big issue. They were clean and had everything we need

This hotel was clean and the rooms were the most spacious and modern out of the 4 we stayed in Japan. Daily cleaning and really friendly front desk staff. They offer luggage storage and the vending machine in the lobby accepts Visa/Mastercard - small conveniences that make a difference! They are located a 20 minute walk front Dotonbori, with many restaurants around the neighbourhood and a close-by metro station. Would happily stay here again. I think a laundry service would have been a real nice to have, and maybe some free waters, but it's not a dealbreaker. Not much else to say, it was a great hotel to stay at.

The location is excellent. Close to subway station with many restaurants, combinis and shopping places. The room set up is perfect, with enough space to open our luggages. Beds are comfy and gets cleaned daily. We stayed for 4 nights. The front desk staff are so helpful! Thank you so much.

It was in a quiet neighborhood with good public transportation. Amenities could have been better. We had to buy our own bathroom cups, and we were charged for use of an extra pillow.

Excellent hotel, excellent location (close to everything in Namba), very friendly and supportive staff, very clean and spacious bedrooms. You can reach Dotonbori, Shinsekai and Nipponbashi by foot. I would definitely come back!

Good location close to metro and train station makes easy to reach any touristic spots The rooms are clean and larger than standard japanese hotels. Is it allowed to leave the luggage before checking in but both the lobby and the luggage room are very little. As a remark breakfast is not available in the hotel

Room was a good size, beds were very comfy. Black out curtains let us sleep very comfortably. Located 6 minutes from train station. There was only one elevator and it could be busy. Had to leave the exhaust fan on as to not set off the fire alarm.
