Close to Dothonbori and Namba station, with near family mart and 7-11

I like its location.

Perfect location to explore Osaka and nearby tourist spots. Lots of konbinis, drugstores, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very near Dotonbori. The self check-in/out is great. 2 thumbs up for the free drinks and laundry.

The hotel was clean and close to Namba station. It wasn’t expensive. The shower was great. The beds and pillows were very, very hard and uncomfortable. They only gave us the Japanese pillows that are full of beads. The mattress was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept on. This made it very difficult to have a good night’s sleep. If you don’t like hard beds look elsewhere. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but it’s not available in the morning. Most people want caffeine in the morning not the evening.

I didnt like the smell of chlorine on the floor I was put on. Also, it was hot in the hallways.

Clean, efficient, many extras that were nice like utensils, microwave, tiny refrigerator. Light switches and plugs in convenient places and enough for our family of five. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Great lighting at each bed, nice controls that all worked well. Nice bedding that felt clean and crisp. It did sleep five, but with no room to open a suitcase. Everyone had to do things in shifts to fit in the space. No seating except on beds. Bathroom light was a bit dim and no place to put things down except the toilet. A small shelf somewhere would help.

Clean . Good for a group. Sofa was comfortable in the family room. Reception staff tone was a bit abrupt. Not intentionally, needs more training. Nighttime was noisy with loud motorcycles outside on the main road the hotel is on. Not their fault but meant sleep was poor.

Great location, lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, tables/chairs for free rent), responsive and helpful staff. Self check-in was straightforward. Good amount of outlets and mirrors too! The beds and pillows were a little hard; I like firm beds but these were a bit past that. Might be perfect for others, though? Also, the coffee/beverage machine only operates from 3PM to 10PM, so a morning coffee wasn't an option. But the convenience store is very close!

Handy location. Nice lobby with self service drinks. Self check in and out process was easy. The bunks were fun for the family. The rubbish bins in the room were really tiny and the laundry facility is in a common area rather than in the room.

The location was convenient. The room was extremely small and didn’t look like the picture. We were 5 and could not even open our luggages. We had to take turn, leaving the room so we could walk around and pack. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard, it seemed like there were gravels in them. None of us had a good sleep. We don’t recommend this place.

great location, self check-in and self check-out which is convenient no cleaning during stay, had to get towels and new toothpaste if you used up during a long stay there

Loved the location, rooms and space. Very welcoming staff. Family suite was just perfect for us, well-equipped and plenty of room. Free drinks was a lovely touch each day and some gorgeous local restaurants. 19 mins walk to Dotonbori and 5 mins from some great shops. Subway stations close, just wonderful!

The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. However, I stayed in a room with 3 others, there were 4 beds but there was no space left to place 4 suitcases. It was difficult to move around when we were not in bed. We would always in the way of the others. Moreover, it is a bit far to walk from Namba station.
