Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba Nishi

The room is well ventilated. It’s compact but you got everything you need. The buffet breakfast is a bonus. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. It’s situated near the station and Family is just few steps away. The room is clean and they change towels everyday. There’s an elevator, a vending machine and even coin laundry near the lobby. I couldn’t say anything bad honestly. I’ll definitely book this on my next trip. I love everything except probably that the rooms are not sound proof. I can sometimes hear the people talking in the lobby but it did not disrupt my stay.

Rooms are very clean and very well facilitated. At the reception you can get tea and coffee bags, and all kind of toiletries you need. Breakfast is included and they are very variable. Room cleaning service is provided daily and even tho I hung the sign “no cleaning today” on the door handle, they left clean towels next to the door. Location is close enough to subway stations and the popular tourist attractions. Just no bottled water provided, but there is a vending machine in the lobby, easily can get from there.

Breakfast included, friendly staff, not too far from dotonbori. Room and bathroom outdated, room smells kinda musty.

Bathroom was nice. Room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very small room. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The property was being renovated outside so the building had scaffolding everywhere which made it look unattractive. Did not try their breakfast.

The checking in and our process and super easy. They were able to hold our bags for us prior to checking in which made the first day so much easier. I have nothing bad to say. This hotel was great! If you’re worried about size, I’d say this is a little tight but everything was fantastic

Location is golden. Price point is great They were renovating the place. We had two rooms and one smelled horrible.

It has a self laundry facility in the hotel. The room is relatively clean. The room is extremely small. The bed is pushed against the wall and has access only to one side. It makes it very difficult for the one who sleep at the inside to get out in the middle of the night.

Great location, nice staff Breakfast has very few options. Also, the only western option is some buns that come directly from the plastic bag to the basket and butter.

Good confortable beds , I could sleep very well , staff was 10/10 , maximum 10 minutes walk from metro stations conecting you with any place you want to visit . Wifi , large room (for japanese standards) ok bathroom , quick check-in/checkout , large tourist area, shops ,etc in walking distance (Dotonbori) , anything you want if you leave in the morning . All in all I recommend it and would certainly stay here again . Mediocre breakfast .
