The serve a few bakeries for breakfast which isn't much but for the price is nice that they include something to begin with.

Walkable to everything we wanted to do in Osaka or at least near a station or bus. Very nice rooms that were very spacious.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. A lot of coin washers and dryers. Very basic breakfast. My first room had a distinct smell of mold inside the room and bathroom, I had to ask for a room change. Please resolve the mold problem, this hotel could perfect with that issue resolved. I really would like to stay there again but I’m afraid to get the moldy room.

I stayed at this hotel twice. Great location near to Namba but on the quite street. Complementary coffee and pastries breakfast. They also gave us small present with facial masks. Price is very reasonable. Nothing

Very clean and spacious room. Everyday cleaning service, with free breakfast. Near MRT station. Only one pillow is provided but can be requested in the front desk.

I chose this hotel firstly for its location: walking distance to Namba/Dotonbori and Den-Den Town/Shinsekai, easy transfer from/to KIX with Nankai Airport Express, easy transfer from/to Nara with Kintetsu line, quite easy transfer from/to Kyoto with JR Kobe line. That already justifies staying in this hotel! I highly enjoyed the comfort of the room. It was freezing outside and so warm inside. The staff are very gentle, thanks Google Translate for the communication! Breakfast is included. It's rare. You'll have wrapped cakes that you would find in konbinis, and coffee/tea/orange juice. If you prefer a salted breakfast, you can skip it and go to Matsuya for ex. There are convenient dining options in the direct vicinity, away from tourists: Mugen Ramen, Kura Sushi, CoCo Ichibanya... This hotel definitely offers a great compromise for a great stay in Osaka :) Nothing, except the freezing winter!

This hotel was in a great location as there is a temple down the street and the main train station in about a 10 min walk. There is local malls, and you can go to the running man walking, its about 20ish minutes from the hotel. There is a Lawson just at the corner from the hotel, so it's good for late-night snacks. The only thing was the bed as it was not as comfortable as other hotels around Japan. It was much bigger than other hotels and even had a balcony. That was something I enjoyed in the mornings or the afternoons to watch the sunset. They also don't provide essential toiletries, other than shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and of course, towels.

The staff were warm and helpful. I told the reception that my room was cold. One of them came up to my room with a blanket and helped adjust the heat for me. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing. It would be nice to have more tea bags in the cabinet because I like drinking hot tea after wake-up.

Cheap price. Helpful and patient staff in spite of language limitations. Decent location with a lot of convenient shops nearbg. Free breakfast. Not necessarily a downside but this is a no frills hotel with not a ton of amenities. I think it was fine considering I stayed only one night.

good team, location ok, complimentary breakfast buns,hot drinks n soups (first come first take) daily housekeeping is practise (which most hotels stop doing, their clean pattern clean after 3rd day only) room space is small; so ok vacum the carpeted flooring, good for breathing. amenties for shower is perfect and not drying effects one lift only, room too dim the bedside lamp shade dusty due wedges type. high bathroom tub. no hand holder inside bathroom you need to grab sink to balance.
