Location was ok Staff is not trained and didn’t make the effort to speak English. Its an international hotel with a lot of tourists around the world and they have a translator machine but didn’t know how to use it. I requested to talk to a supervisor and she didn’t have the initiative to help he went back to her office and didn’t come out. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Staff were nice. Breakfast was feasible for the money (about $15 US) Room was very tight and hard to get around with 3 beds. Would have preferred a pull-out bed or have taken the option to leave the third bed out and my wife, son and I would have made do with two beds.

Location was good. Room wasn't cleaned every day, only new towels. We were put in a smoking rooms and we both don't smoke so the smell was bad.

We liked the traditional breakfast. There was not so many selections but the food was great to start the day. We also liked the location as it was a walk to Dikokucho Station and also 12 minutes walk to Namba Station. Nothing that we can think of.
