Good location near to the train station and to Edion Arena if you're going there for an event. It's off of the main street so much quieter. Several small restaurants are on the street. Breakfast has a good selection and was open at 6:30am. The last time I stayed here it opened at 7:00am, and I suggested to them that 6:00am or 6:30am would be better for lots of people. I'm glad that they listened to customer feedback. Room was quiet and clean, staff are friendly. This hotel does all of the basics right and is priced better than most hotels in the area. Rooms are small, but that is pretty standard for Japan.

Good location - we took taxis to and from the airport and walked/took short taxis around the area so I can’t speak to public transport access. Def recommend renting a bike if staying longer than a day or two - great bikable area. The cost of this hotel was cheaper than others in the area which is why we booked. Rooms are just as tiny as in Tokyo. Bed was comfy enough but small for a double. We did get the cheapest room. Not much offered in the way of single use items (they did offer razors, hair brushes etc) but no face wash etc like a lot of other hotels in Japan. I would rebook here if it was only for 1-2 nights like we had but not if we needed more nights than that just due to size. No where to put away clothes other than a small drawer and a few hangers.

Location is Ok with ard 10mins walk to Namba station, the street is clean.

Great location close to subway and restaurants. Just a tiny bit small room but we did have three large suitcases. All good.

This hotel was in a great location and a good value with really comfortable beds. The staff was helpful in english, they had washers and dryers, and took our bags up to our room for us. I did not have any dislikes

It was a bit of a walk to the train station. Not too bad but still far after a long day.
