Almost nothing, the only complaint was I heard p9lice sirens sometimes at night.

I have very high standards for cleanliness of hotel rooms and I loved just how clean this one was. The room was nice and big with everything you’ll need without excess. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The area around the station is peaceful and quiet, a nice little haven from the hustle and bustle that comes with metropolitan Osaka but still super accessible from many of the major touristy spots thanks to the Osaka Loop Line. Totally recommend for travelers with little ones. Nothing. Which is super rare for me.

Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. Room was clean A bit expensive compared to other hotels we had stayed in that were very similar. I had booked a superior room but no different to other cheaper rooms elsewhere. Bit disappointed with the river view too, unable to see the river from my room on 6th floor due to trees in the way.

We loved the location, over the road from the river and a 3 min walk from train station. The staff were very helpful (even though their English was limited they managed to communicate by using a translation app.) A couple of us had rooms facing the big air conditioning units with no view at all, but we were hardly in our rooms so it didn't really matter.

That they charged 100 yen for just one extra towel.

The property was clean, right next to the Osaka Loop Line Station, the river and a nice sakura park. The room was being cleaned everyday. There are free amenities for all the basic stuff. The staff was nice but they don’t speak english. They use the phone for translation, which is ok.

The location was incredibly easy to walk to and from the station and the views from the room were great. everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff were very inviting and informative the lobby did not smell great, like there was some kind of sewage problem that hadn't been fixed

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was great The smell of the cigarette lingered within the property.

I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!

Vending machine on my floor was great…it’s such a nice and quiet area, train station 200 metres away, but you can’t hear trains…lovely walk along river 100 metres away…I loved my 9 night ORH… My windows…being very picky..outside cleaner didn’t finish their job…8 floors up…couldn’t see view out of windows..
