Very little. Close to the train station was the only benefit. The hotel was not near any good sites. The area around the hotel seems run down and sad to say dirty. The breakfast was ok but no cook to order eggs. Most of the food was cold.

Loved the convenience of the place as well as what they had to offer. Didn't get to stay here a little longer.

Perfect location and facilities, and the staff are very professional and kind. Highly recommended, and I would stay here again.

Amazing place. Great onsen
-
The bathroom in the room was really small. Just getting in and out required me to twist my body to avoid hitting the wall and the toilet even though I'm a small person. The onsen was smaller than I expected. I had to wait for a shower spot.

Comfortable hotel, good size room, we appreciated that we could open the window a little bit. Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Good air conditioning and wifi. Quiet. Staff was welcoming. Location is not very central but we walked to Dotonbori, and Namba in about 30-40 mns. Metro station is a few steps away. Good breakfast with a large variety of food. Complimentary drinks is nice. Good value. We would definitely go back. Our room was clean but dated. There is absolutely no decoration, felt soulless. But we didn’t spend too much time in there.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Nothing

Location was not great, pretty far from most of the areas someone visiting would want to visit. However, if you want to ve away from the crowds then it’s good.

Good service! Recommend staying here

Just that the bathroom is quite tiny that you have squeeze yourself into doing all your things (even for an average asian-size peraon)so it was a bit uncomfortable. Be aware if you have a large built.

This hotel is perfect. Ive stayed in Osaka on a few occasions and each time, I choose to stay here. The property itself is clean, has an AMAZING and kind staff- both at the lobby and during breakfast— and thr breakfast is amazing! The cocktail hour is also such a nice amenity and the location being right by a station is super convinient. The onsen is super comfortable too. ? No complaints at all.

Location, cleanliness, Familymart open 24/7 at location, security, train station in front of hotel.

Loved staying here! It felt clean and cozy to come home to at the end of each day. Location was quiet and yet fairly central for exploring all different part of Osaka - and coming/going by shinkansen. Really comfortable bed and pillows (from the pillow library!) Practical room with fantastic hair dryer, chargers and adapters for every device, quiet for sleeping. The lobby coffee machine, healthy water, and welcome cocktail bar were nice touches, too. I actually loved staying here so much that I rebooked the same hotel chain in Tokyo for an upcoming trip! The onsen was really small/crowded for the size of the hotel, but for me that's ok. There are so many public baths to explore in Osaka as well, plus the bathtub in my room where I could tuck in with fizzy salts and a good book at the same time :)

Excellent location right next to the subway, very clean and easy to walk in and out.
-
Location is great, the subway is right in front of the building. Although the room is slightly small (not so surprised in Japan) but one can certainly take the bath at the Onsen place, which is spacious and great relaxation after the whole day walk.

Friendly staff, nice with free complimentary amenities. The staff speaks English and there is ample English signage in the hotel. The hot spring was really nice and relaxing. I can feel a difference soaking in it compared to regular water! I had achy feet from walking 20,000 steps a day from sight seeing and soaking in the hot spring made them instantly better! There is a dedicated women’s only floor which makes solo female travelers feel safe. The room was very clean for an older hotel. Some of the fixtures are worn or stained from age but they have been very well maintained. The pillow was some kind of bean bag filling and hard but it supported my neck well and I had a good night’s sleep. The air conditioner works well and did not blow stale or moldy air. There was a clean humidifier/air purifier in the room. This hotel was a great value. I like the concept of a spa business hotel for singles. The rooms are older and cramped.

Love iron drinking water and hair dryer.

We took a double room so it was very comfy, so we're the beds and the pillows.
