I can’t understand why most food in Japanese hotel breakfasts contains pork. I would understand if it were included in a few items, but even though there is a significant increase in Muslim travelers staying in Japan, I don’t know why this issue is still being overlooked.

Very clean, not a single place with a dust, comfortable and huge room, they give you every day new towels and toiletries, breakfast unbelievably good Nothing, everything was perfect

For one night is OK. I agree with the feedback on the certain smell in the hotel but we didn’t have it much in the room. Breakfast the worst one, better to eat somewhere outside

The room was not super large but it was very cozy and clean. It was very well equipped with television, frigobar, water heater and many toiletries. The staff was super kind and helped us search the itinerary until our next destination. The check-in and check-out were super fast and easy and we could leave our lugagge in the lobby before our check-in and after our check-out. The breakfast was great. The location is amazing, in a walking distance to Namba Street and Dotonbori.

The room really comfortable and they served variety of food during breakfast. There is also coffee served at the lobby. There is also a water machine at the lobby.

I had a great stay at this property in Osaka. The location was excellent—close to transport, food spots, and all the main areas, which made getting around really easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a smooth stay. Check-in was simple, and overall the environment felt safe and convenient. It worked perfectly as a base for exploring the city both during the day and at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-located place in Osaka. The only downside was the breakfast, which was served cold rather than hot. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something that could definitely be improved.

No frills and clean stay at a great location. Namba and Dotonbori are in walking distance, and is near Kintetsu-Nippombashi station, allowing easy access to Shinsekai and Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street. While it was a smoking room I thought the room still smelt clean (albeit husband and I smoke). Breakfast was only okay (albeit included with stay). I would highly recommend getting breakfast at Bony, a family-run restaurant just around the corner. Mattress was also the hardest of our 7 stays in Japan.

Free breakfast and location close to many sights Few washers and dryers to service the whole facility. Bed configuration is not best when you have big suitcase. You have to push through the narrow pathway.

The bed and the pillow were really uncomfortable the bed is hard like a floor! And it's really noisy at night because of the cars

Location was good, pretty easy to get to main attractions by foot or metro. Pretty convenient and calm, has a Seven Eleven around the corner and multiple restaurants and markets nearby Breakfast area is quite small for the amount of people, and options are very limited. The pillow is very uncomfortable

Reasonable price with good location near the train stop The staffs are lacking in communication skill but I know there is no intention to be rude
